- The Senzo Meyiwa trial will continue with a new witness to be called to the stand. Earlier, State witness and Forensic photographer Thobeka Mhlahlo will be back on the stand in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial in the high court in Pretoria this morning. Five men are currently on trial for the murder of the soccer star who was shot and killed at his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo's home in Vosloorus on Gauteng's Eastrand in 2014. The accused have all pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.

My sentiments, exactly. If he is not busy testifying on behalf of the state he is busy giving farfetched examples totally unrelated to the case at hand. Now, the hostility towards the defense counsels is too palpable to ignore. And the defense counselors are really trying to be respectful despite the rudeness of the judge. She raised her voice out of frustration by the Judge treating them like school kids and imposing himselfhowthe defense should run their crossexamination. I would do the same if I was in her position.
