If you have MPVI or MPVI2 from HPTuner you can download VCM Editor from official site for free.

I don't believe You, I have the same software and it doesnt work as your vídeo, it's edited because I saw a video with the same VIN, it's edited by SPS GM

Maybe you do something wrong?
