Thanks for guidance. Through correct excersices Can you please show Excersice for Cervical Stenosis ? Thanks
Hey @shaheenparker8138 , thanks for watching. Here is a video that shows exercise for Cervical Stenosis: ua-cam.com/video/cqGiqjijhwQ/v-deo.html
I just had hip replacement. Now I have this. Holy crap, I am in pain.
Sorry to hear that. Depending on the type of hip replacement there might be some protocols your surgeon wants you to follow.
@nlpt He referred me to a spine surgeon. I get shots Monday???
Shots can help decrease inflammation but won’t treat the root cause of pain
@nlpt he sent me to a pain management doctor, and the hip replacement has nothing to do with his surgery
Would love to help if you’re in the Kingwood area. www.nextlevelpthouston.com or call 281-721-4023
Posterior pelvic tilt still hurts for me , 4 days ago I couldn't walk, now doing the posterior pelvic tilt is the last move that hurts when I do. With that what would you say I have? Had no pain in any leg just right there in the middle
Posterior pelvic tilt doesn’t work for every type of sciatica. If something hurts and increase symptoms that is most likely the wrong thing to do or it’s just too aggressive for your body right now.
I am 24 years old and I am suffering from L5/S1 Broad-based posterior disc herniation with mild posterolateral osteophytosis, ligamentum flavum & facet hypertrophy are causing thecal sac fat indentation and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.
Is there any chance to recover with these exercises?? As one of the doctor suggested me to take surgery..
I would proceed with caution because of the herniation. These exercises can help with the narrowing of the spine. All the exercises in this video shouldn’t increase pain. If it does then it might not be the right ones for you at the moment. Thanks for watching!
Sir I'm 25 years old, with L5-S1 grade 1 anterior listhesis with B/L spondylolysis of L5 with disc degeneration at L5-S1 level and B/L formainal disc herniation at L5-S1 level causing narrowing of B/L neural foramen, compression of exiting nerve roots and lateral recess stenosis. I have morning stiffness in back mostly on bending forward, but no radiation of pain. How should I proceed?
Thanks for commenting. Mobility exercises can help with a stiff back and we have other videos in our channel that can help with strengthening the back. It’s a good thing that you don’t have radiating pain. You’ll want to stick with exercises that doesn’t cause pain or increases stiffness.
I have l4 l5 l5 s1 disc bulge with foraemen stenosis compressing the nerve no pain only tingling and numbness in right foot what exercises will help
Try these exercises and let me know how it goes
Hey doc I am 15 years old I started gym 2 months ago I have pain from lower back to hips to left leg I have mild pain I can walk and I go to school to but I have pain for 3 weeks no swelling or no redness I went to doctor he took physical exam and said it is sciatica and it will heal own but he didn’t done any scan like MRI or X ray because he said it can be cause by gym 😢 what should I do can you help me ?😢😢
It’s hard to help without knowing the whole story of what caused the pain in the first place. Was it a specific exercise or did you wake up with it etc…
'Lumbosacral spondylosis, moderate canal stenosis at L3/L4, L4/L5, bilateral neural foraminal stenosis, moderate at L1/L2, moderate to severe at L2/L3, L3/L4, severe at L4/L5, L5/S1 with exiting nerve root compression at these disc levels.' This is MRI report of my mother, she is suffering from extreme intolerable pain, also she has urinary problem with PVR 150 cc, can't move even an inch, can any exercise give her immediate few relief, please suggest.
Sorry to hear that your mom is going through that. These exercises can help with stenosis. If your mom is experiencing increased pain with these exercises it means her body might not be ready for it. Also, if she is experiencing any bowel or bladder incontinence this could be an emergency. Hope this helps.
My legs are weak and walking up stairs leaves me in pain it's been nearly 2 weeks since it flared up, it happened years ago but eased of in a few days, I'm struggling to sleep.
Sorry to hear that. We have a sleep video in our channel for back pain.
I am facing L3 L4 &L4 L5 disc bulges and leg pain due to nerve compression plz guide any movement aur treatment
Sorry to hear that. Depending on the direction of the bulge and compression treatment is different. For disc bulge and herniations many people find relief in this video ua-cam.com/video/b5HO80biXOc/v-deo.htmlsi=k6EGAP3L2xtODhTZ
My spine L4/5 problem
Something we see all the time at our office.
😂 my butt curves out too far play flat on my back😂
Thanks for watching!
This therapy in common and for only temperory relief. Not a permanent salution. Nerve has to be free from root artheritis compression.
There are many ways to free the nerve from compression. Some of these can help. Thanks for watching!
childs pose gets rid of the tingles for me
That's awesome! It's a powerful stretch. Make sure to add in some other stretches and poses to find other things that help reduce your symptoms.
They’ll administer unapproved ESI’s before discovering the true reason, like… MS!
Thanks for watching!
If one can do these exercises he doesn't have sciatica issues.
Thanks for watching. Most of our sciatica patients do these exercises and find success in alleviating their symptoms.
Let me know how it goes
I haven't been able to walk or stand for 2 weeks could this be my problem my Dr says no he said that it would o ly affect 1 leg not both
It can be. We have other videos in our channel that show tests for stenosis and sciatica. Stenosis can affect 1 or 2 legs.
I had multiple fusion two separate surgeries! Just made it worse!
We're sorry to hear that. There are a lot of promises about surgery that it doesn't live up to. We always encourage people to exhaust every option before making that decision. We hope you find the relief you are looking for. If you are near Houston we would love to help you out.
@@nlpt Thanks, I do a lot of stretching but at this point is only a short term symptom improvement. I would advise as you say avoiding surgery unless the pain demands it. I would definitely like to go back before I had my two separate fusions done and just focused longer and harder on PT!
I dont understand how there are so few viable medical solutions or cures for this condition. I always hear about the "marvels of modern medicine", but then you look at the lack of any real solutions to anything, and all of the boasting and bragging about "first world healthcare", "the marvels of modern medicine" amount to nothing more than a bunch of costly (to patients) marketing fluff. Zero cures anywhere to be found, and quite often modern medicine actually makes conditions worse (as you attested to)
We understand your frustration. Which is why we try to catch this early on before it becomes too late
