Underrated drill
Correct!!
For sure!
OK I got it. Yeah that’s super good. Just make sure guys that you don’t cross your feet and then you can kind of do that. It’s amazing. There’s lots of stuff you can do your coach. I totally agree.
Good point!
Fantastic thank you sir, 💯❤️🇹🇭🙏
Glad you like it.
💪
Thanks for watching!
Hi Cary, I'm new to all this.. is it possible to do some takedown or throw driills on some punching bags? Thanks
I think you mean a heavy bag. Yes, it is possible to use it for double leg and back arch drills. Other training ideas without a partner: You can train on your own safely on grass or sand. Go to a park or beach and you can use visualizations with mat drills and shadow wrestling for stance, motion, level changing, sprawls and penetration steps. Also, from the ground, standup drills, granby roll drills, gutwrench arches, leg lace arches, bridging, jumping front bridge to back bridge and back again, back bridge pushups. If you tie a bungee to a tree, pole or fence you can work on back step drills just face the tree and make sure there is enough tension in the bungee that it will hold you up then do reps of your back step and turn. For strength, conditioning and agility you can also do tumbling, bear crawls, burpees, pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running, sprinting, jump rope, box jumps, etc.
@@KOLATCOM thankyou so much, you're an incredible coach! :)
