I mean unless youre planning to main a char just for this its probably better to look at kameo options. this way you can play the way you want normally then just switch if you encounter one of these
@@ommo289Omni-man main here, i made a video titled zoning VS anti zoning where I fought some Shang tsung players that tried to keep me at bay, one of them tried to counter me with sektor and it did worked at first but I adjusted and pull out the W so I'd say it will depend on your opponents fight IQ, if he sees you trying to counter V-stance with sektor he might bait the move out as I did or at least be ready to block it to minimize damage. now sektor being a overall counter pick to omni? idk, I'd need to test it out first.

because he is a DLC guest character from a very popular IP. so making him easy to use, powerful and also FEEL like omni-man (stance, the grab, the air dominance) is just good business. I think he's very well designed in that regard, I still hate fighting against him though edit: I fully expect Homelander to have a similar easy to use but obnoxiously powerful kit
He sucks. You can bait that, easily. You just have to be very patient. Its tricky but Omniman isnt as OP as he seems. You can tap him out of that dash and confirm into a punish. This is also why Im annoyed Scorpion's teleport is so slow in this one. Mk9 and Mkx Scorpion would shit on Omniman 11 times out of 10 since the recovery wasnt so damn high 😑

It haves better customisations(ofc it does mk1 customisation is hot trash you can only switch one clothing and color of costume that is also can be bought in real cash, while tekken customisation gives no limits and everything is free, absolutely), better gameplay(cuz a lot less whacky exploitable things while mk1 haves a ton, fun exp even though everything is not same as mk, no kameos, a lot more thing to play with), better visuals(mk1 is just injustice with blood, fatal blows are a lot worse than rage arts, can be light when needed can be dar when needed while mk1 is always bright), better story(subjective one but tekken 8 story is best tekken story mode ever and mk story mode structure is outdated those chapter thingys unnecessary fights nothing of that in tekken8.
