You coulda just given Supes cocky audio clips and dialogues that make him look like he's bragging. But you kept the core of his character, and that I respect. He's a good-natured boyscout through and through.
Cecil calling in an interdimensional favor from Superman to put down Omni-Man is pretty much the hero equivalent of Machine Head somehow managing to hire Battle Beast as a bodyguard
Whenever I think about it, I don't think machine head hired battle beast, I think he just found a way to get him there. Once the fighting started it was probably just like getting a moth to a flame.

This animation is SO well done, and the dialogue feels so in character for both of them, even down to Supes not going for the kill, and just putting Nolan out cleanly. He doesn’t show any malice against Omni-man, he just knows that he needs to be beaten for the planet to be safe, and he makes it so. It’s almost like he respects the fact that Mark is Nolan’s son, and he isn’t going to kill a father in front of their son, no matter their crimes.
No Noland likely alive remember viltrumites can get sent to the surface of the sun "even if just briefly" have all of there skinn burned off and still recover. From what happened here I highly doubt Nolan is dead.

Superman literally has so many weaknesses, has died before. Superman is broken agreed, but Omniman is neither as well written nor as powerful as Supes. Omniman is fairly new and he will get broken after a few years too. A Broken Omniman would be way more trash then.
Cardboard actually requires a mild element of strength to break if supes is as strong as he says he is. He'd say it's a world made of wet tissue paper.

@RIGOFLAMES-gz7md If this fight is taking place on Earth, then the sun should definitely be taken into account. Regardless, out on deep space missions, he can be light years from the nearest star. This doesn't affect his powers or abilities in any meaningful way, if at all. You're entirely correct that this fight seems one-sided. That's because it rightfully is. Nolan is outclassed in every way that matters, and the few weaknesses that Clark has are completely irrelevant as they can not be capitalized on by Nolan.
If theres one thing i love about these past few years, its that its kinda like a renaissance age of the Superman hero. We've had a return to greatness for Superman, and we've seen some really great Evil versions show up in pop culture too (Homelander and Omni Man). But what i particularly enjoy is seeing how Homelander and Omni Man contrast against the original idea of Superman, especially with him returning to a paragon and superhero. And in that sense, seeing them fight, is awesome. It shines a light on their differences, and what they all represent. Homelanders embodiment of the worst of mankind in a science experiment. Omni Mans hidden origin as an alien conqueror, rather than an alien immigrant. And Superman, the best of mankind, and the best of Krypton. An alien god with a humans heart and morals. A paragon of justice who would fight the greatest threats, along with the smallest. We see those ideas, go head to head, embodied in these Supermen. God, i love Superheroes. Especially Superman.
Superman is definitely getting a resurgence, in these very dark times it’s uplifting to read how selfless and kind hearted Superman is to everyone. He gives everyone a chance to do better and cause he’s invincible he will take the hits for anyone just to show he has faith in them.
The only disagreement I have about this is that Superman's incredible power would probably completely dismantle the Viltrum propaganda Nolan was trained with. And Superman would likely know this. Seeing an emotionally "weak" individual utterly crush every legendary Viltrumite warrior probably would, (in addition to healthy therapy) destroy Nolan's might=right assumption and accelerate his motion towards the side of true good. Killing Nolan probably isn't the actual best outcome.

You can't beat a character who has nearly a century of comic books and movies behind him. There are just too many feats of immense power that you can't really go up against. Superman has lost to weaker opponents than omni man, but he's won against opponents hundreds of times stronger I LOVED the animation btw, well done, it improved so much compared to the first two which were still amazing, but I mean this looks like it came straight out of a Warner Bros. animated movie

As much as I love Omniman, thank you for this amazing tribute to Superman. I know it's silly but it sometimes hurt to see people undermine Superman and not able to comprehend even a fraction of his power.
There’s no universe where Omni man beats Superman. For as boring as he may be to some people, he’s literally the template for all these other super powered cape wearers. The original. And he has more powers than most of them. He got so powerful at one point they had to weaken him to tell more compelling stories. This is a guy who lifted infinity if there is a such thing. A guy who bench pressed the weight of the world for a couple days without breaking a sweat.
I feel people who say Clark is boring just because he's so powerful miss the point of his character. He's a god who wants to live and be accepted as a mortal. It's not his power that makes him so timeless. It's his determination to use it for good no matter what. Evil Superman types make great villains because they represent what he could be, but chooses not to (in most timeliness at least)
If Superman is boring then so is Spider-Man they are basically the same personality wise Superman isn't boring people just don't understand his character
Everyone likes to forget 3 simple facts that put superman at an unbelievable advantage. Superman doesnt need to eat, sleep or breathe. Theyre just habits he picked up from being raised by humans.
“Finally! A worthy challenge.” *“Is that so?”* Maybe I’m reading too much into this, but this exchange seems like Superman is actually angry at Omni Man for calling this a challenge. Like he’s disgusted by the idea that Nolan is treating this fight as if it’s some kind of game after he’s hurt and killed so many innocent people(not including the ones in the subway train as that never happened here). So it seems fitting that after this exchange, Superman kicks things up a notch as well as uses his heat vision against Omni Man, both as a way of showing the gap in power between the two, as well as saying “I’m not playing your games.” And after all of that, he still leaves Omni-Man alive. Really shows how much Superman values life as a whole.
For Omni-Man it was the greatest fight of his life. For Superman it was Tuesday. The new featured clips & improved audio make a world of difference. This is beyond incredible for such smooth direction. These ARE the characters we know n' love, portrayed at they're accurate best. This is exactly how a fight between these 2 would go. You've absolutely nailed the essence of both characters and the destruction capability of a battle between gods. You've come a long way so fast in presenting good quality videos. All animation studios should be jealous. 10/10 Fantastic Work!. ⭐🎨

He was also holding back because he wasn't trying to kill him. But once he recognized what Nolan could withstand he upped his strength a level higher in order to end the fight is what I'm guessing 💯

See the thing is that the Invincible characters are awesome and are very strong/fast in their own right, but they are basically a weaker version (purposely I believe) of Kryptonians/Daxamites. They can definitely be matched with some powerhouses, but I don't think they can be matched against people of Superman level as they don't seem to have the strength feats to keep up. And looking at black Adam and superman, they are in the same category

This is so cool and well implemented. Funny enough the creator of Invincible kinda despises Superman, so a crossover by Warner seems unlikely... unless Superman is totally buried in that crossover.
i love how smooth your animations have gotten, Foltest. I have an idea for another Omni-Man fight which should prove interesting, and would definitely allow for a lot of alterations. Omni-Man vs Black Adam. Particularly, the anti-hero version we saw in the live action film. I would love to see Black Adam incinerate Omni-Man with his lightning while ripping him in half beginning with Omni-Man's head. Just an idea. you don't have to use it, though I reckon a lot of people would love to see it.

@FoltestAnimations you heavily disrespected Superman in this, please make a realistic video, Superman's first punch rips Omniman into 6 pieces, then he proceeds to incinerate and cremate Omni man with his solar heat vision, the he grabs Invincible by the neck as he watches and tells him "sorry cant take chances" , squeezes and cracks and pulps the neck and then cremates him next, then he flies out to their moustachio planet and rips into the core and destroys the moustachio race. The whole video shouldn't be longer that 10 seconds. Superman can do it much faster but hey, we need a video
I think people forget just how strong Superman really is...He holds back 99% of the time, even against other super beings. Hell he's even held back against Darkseid just because he didn't want to cause collateral damage, despite Darkseid being a threat to the entire world at the time. But when he STOPS holding back, he becomes the man with no limits. Now there ARE those who can defeat him without needing Kryptonite or Magic, but that list is pretty short (and technically includes people allied with him who wouldn't want to beat him anyway. Like The Flash could absolutely defeat Superman if he actually taps into his full potential, but why would he want to?). You just have to pummel him...a lot...his invulnerability isn't infinite. But its more than enough to handle what Omniman can throw his way.

You forgot to mention MK is in the middle of a reboot kinda, _so it's easier to jump in now!_ There might be callbacks to the first 10 but only the more recent ps5 releases really count on story.
As an invincible fan, i knew going into this that omni man wasn't winning this fight. But hot damn was this well made. Still entertaining even when I knew the outcome before even watching, the fight was that well put together

This animation is SO well done, and the dialogue feels so in character for both of them, even down to Supes not going for the kill, and just putting Nolan out cleanly.
He doesn’t show any malice against Omni-man, he just knows that he needs to be beaten for the planet to be safe, and he makes it so.
It’s almost like he respects the fact that Mark is Nolan’s son, and he isn’t going to kill a father in front of their son, no matter their crimes.

Omni man lives in a world that he’s trying to control and conquer. Superman however, lives in a world of CARDBOARD.
Superman literally has so many weaknesses, has died before. Superman is broken agreed, but Omniman is neither as well written nor as powerful as Supes. Omniman is fairly new and he will get broken after a few years too. A Broken Omniman would be way more trash then.
Cardboard actually requires a mild element of strength to break if supes is as strong as he says he is.

If theres one thing i love about these past few years, its that its kinda like a renaissance age of the Superman hero. We've had a return to greatness for Superman, and we've seen some really great Evil versions show up in pop culture too (Homelander and Omni Man).
But what i particularly enjoy is seeing how Homelander and Omni Man contrast against the original idea of Superman, especially with him returning to a paragon and superhero. And in that sense, seeing them fight, is awesome.
It shines a light on their differences, and what they all represent. Homelanders embodiment of the worst of mankind in a science experiment. Omni Mans hidden origin as an alien conqueror, rather than an alien immigrant. And Superman, the best of mankind, and the best of Krypton. An alien god with a humans heart and morals. A paragon of justice who would fight the greatest threats, along with the smallest. We see those ideas, go head to head, embodied in these Supermen.
God, i love Superheroes. Especially Superman.
Superman is also a product of a positive upbringing compared to the way the other two grew up like. Jonathan and Martha are the true heroes.
Superman is definitely getting a resurgence, in these very dark times it’s uplifting to read how selfless and kind hearted Superman is to everyone. He gives everyone a chance to do better and cause he’s invincible he will take the hits for anyone just to show he has faith in them.

The only disagreement I have about this is that Superman's incredible power would probably completely dismantle the Viltrum propaganda Nolan was trained with. And Superman would likely know this. Seeing an emotionally "weak" individual utterly crush every legendary Viltrumite warrior probably would, (in addition to healthy therapy) destroy Nolan's might=right assumption and accelerate his motion towards the side of true good. Killing Nolan probably isn't the actual best outcome.

As much as I love Omniman, thank you for this amazing tribute to Superman. I know it's silly but it sometimes hurt to see people undermine Superman and not able to comprehend even a fraction of his power.
There’s no universe where Omni man beats Superman. For as boring as he may be to some people, he’s literally the template for all these other super powered cape wearers. The original. And he has more powers than most of them. He got so powerful at one point they had to weaken him to tell more compelling stories. This is a guy who lifted infinity if there is a such thing. A guy who bench pressed the weight of the world for a couple days without breaking a sweat.
I feel people who say Clark is boring just because he's so powerful miss the point of his character. He's a god who wants to live and be accepted as a mortal. It's not his power that makes him so timeless. It's his determination to use it for good no matter what. Evil Superman types make great villains because they represent what he could be, but chooses not to (in most timeliness at least)
This is also the guy who's sneeze is powerful enough to wipe out an entire solar system.

Maybe I’m reading too much into this, but this exchange seems like Superman is actually angry at Omni Man for calling this a challenge. Like he’s disgusted by the idea that Nolan is treating this fight as if it’s some kind of game after he’s hurt and killed so many innocent people(not including the ones in the subway train as that never happened here).
So it seems fitting that after this exchange, Superman kicks things up a notch as well as uses his heat vision against Omni Man, both as a way of showing the gap in power between the two, as well as saying “I’m not playing your games.” And after all of that, he still leaves Omni-Man alive.
Really shows how much Superman values life as a whole.

Supes just wanted to give him a chance to surrender, once he realized that he wouldn't yield willingly he decided then to end it. He was also holding back because he wasn't trying to kill him. But once he recognized what Nolan could withstand he upped his strength a level higher in order to end the fight is what I'm guessing 💯

This is so cool and well implemented. Funny enough the creator of Invincible kinda despises Superman, so a crossover by Warner seems unlikely... unless Superman is totally buried in that crossover.

i love how smooth your animations have gotten, Foltest. I have an idea for another Omni-Man fight which should prove interesting, and would definitely allow for a lot of alterations. Omni-Man vs Black Adam. Particularly, the anti-hero version we saw in the live action film. I would love to see Black Adam incinerate Omni-Man with his lightning while ripping him in half beginning with Omni-Man's head. Just an idea. you don't have to use it, though I reckon a lot of people would love to see it.

it also depends on the superman we're talking about, comics superman bench pressed the weight equivalent of the earth for 5 days straight, so if he truly stopped holding back omniman would probably be vaporized in a single punch
@@Breadlootgoblin True. IIRC, Superman from the late '90s animated show couldn't hold his breath well enough to fly in the vacuum of space. Then there's Silver Age Superman who could blow out a star like a candle.
I'd say there's quite a few JLA members that would be a hard mountain to claim for Omniman.

Hey first off awesome animations, second agreed. And third and most importantly, Superman has much more experience. I love both these character but Superman outclasses Omni-man by a long shot.
@FoltestAnimations you heavily disrespected Superman in this, please make a realistic video, Superman's first punch rips Omniman into 6 pieces, then he proceeds to incinerate and cremate Omni man with his solar heat vision, the he grabs Invincible by the neck as he watches and tells him "sorry cant take chances" , squeezes and cracks and pulps the neck and then cremates him next, then he flies out to their moustachio planet and rips into the core and destroys the moustachio race. The whole video shouldn't be longer that 10 seconds. Superman can do it much faster but hey, we need a video

I think people forget just how strong Superman really is...He holds back 99% of the time, even against other super beings. Hell he's even held back against Darkseid just because he didn't want to cause collateral damage, despite Darkseid being a threat to the entire world at the time. But when he STOPS holding back, he becomes the man with no limits. Now there ARE those who can defeat him without needing Kryptonite or Magic, but that list is pretty short (and technically includes people allied with him who wouldn't want to beat him anyway. Like The Flash could absolutely defeat Superman if he actually taps into his full potential, but why would he want to?). You just have to pummel him...a lot...his invulnerability isn't infinite. But its more than enough to handle what Omniman can throw his way.
