With those 4 cats, he definitely shoulda had the shop delete those 2 small rear mufflers.
Nah, they should always stay. They help kill any annoying drone at different RPM's. I deleted mine and wish I would have left them on lol.
Any issue deleting the cats??

@@Uncle05Sam just need a good, quality muffler. I went with magnaflow magnapacks that have no drone technology. I deleted the 2 rear rez on my K900 and it sounds great
masterclass in what to do with a panther 😮💨 maybe swap the factory resonators for a race bullet if you need more, but this is perfect

That really does sound great and not overly loud. I just bought myself a town car and ran across your video. ALSO, the electrical transformer on the power pole, holy crap, that's a early 1900s fluted General electric, the latest it could possibly be from is about 1915. OLD.
That is perfect for a Lincoln, and that has to be the first X pipe install I've heard without popping (which is great).

I have an 05 Lincoln Town car with 130,000 I'm about to put dual straight pipes with 5 inch tips or super 10 I want it to sound loud that car is not loud at all get rid of the resonators

Best used car money can buy, air shocks and intake manifold are the only weak points, everything else on that car will outlast earth itself
How to prevent intake manifold issue?
replace it with the updated ford performance one, their like 500$ but comes with everything. dorman is also great but it may fail in 10-15 years again due to rear plastic heater section@@summerforever6736
Why the X pipe over the H pipe?
Even with four catalytic converter’s, my observation is that I believe the 4.6 modular engine was slightly louder than the 5.4 triton anyway.
I think it’s that the 5.4 is deeper and gruntier, they both sound amazing

Cut those resonators off. My 92 has a flow master with no resonater and is 10 times louder and has a deeper tone.
