Yeah that's super cool buddy. I got my 06 Signature Limited back in late February of this year. It's dark cherry metallic. I love the thing so much I can't put it into words. It's got 74k miles now. Just like you said even though they are in perfect shape the seats could be better. The last one was a 94 and it had better stuff in some places and rode like a marshmallow but I don't mind the stiffer suspension at all these cars here handle much better even stock as mine still is. I may try the Marauder interior swap like you did. Of all the cars Iv seen as far as mods go I like yours the best. I still owe like 4500 or something like that so I can't dive into it quite yet. The motor is better than the 94 cuz of the whole PI and hardened valve seats and better guides but the 94 was a great car too it just smoked a little bit and burned some oil no biggie. My life was rough for a little bit and I lost the 94 to a high speed police chase that didn't end well so I actually went some years without a car but Iv been clean for 14 months now and my new to me Lincoln is the definition of spotless. Yeah the seats but I can fix that. The whole rest of the car is just so great all Iv got to do is think about it first thing in the morning and my day is gonna be great no matter how bad I feel when I wake up. Idk how anyone could want to drive anything else but I guess I'm weird and I don't care. You already got the rims I wanted and everything on yours it's perfect bro. Great taste you have and what a great car. By the time mines got 84 on it hopefully it will be paid off and at least have the seats done or something they don't bother me that much but they are about the only thing about it that I just have to change. I drive like a grampaw everywhere I go so a super charger sure I want one but why really I drive so slow so maybe one day we will see. Maybe I'll see you around some time on one of my Sunday drives they tend to be an all day event sometimes.
Love the V8 emblem on the grille. Is there any way to find out where I can get one? My 03 Signature is missing the emblem, and would love to put something like that in.
Really dig this, and a fellow NVA resident who has been thinking of doing this to my Crown Vic for some time, I have a few questions, if I may -When researching for who you wanted to be taking care of this for you, what brought you to decide on Mo's, just curious? - Not including the suspension components, what is the ballpark amount one is looking to spend on the trans swap and engine work? Including the pedal assembly, and center console / labor? - Were you able to get the speedometer to still work correctly after the swap? Thanks for the great video, love the car!
@@h33ls_up Mo’s Speed Shop has worked on dozens of Panthers. The trans swap and engine work would be 12-15k in parts from ADTR, plus another few thousand for heads/cams and the exhaust. Then you would have to factor in labor/tuning. Yes, the speedometer works just fine. The only thing that doesn’t work is cruise control. This Lincoln is actually for sale, and for far less than you’d spend to build an identical Panther.
Mo’s Speed Shop is pretty well-known in the Panther community. They have built a lot of Panthers, and I like their work. All in, you’re looking at $20k minimum in parts, labor would be at least $5k from a reputable shop. Everything except the cruise control works. The Lincoln in the video is currently for sale. Message me if you’re interested.
He put a lot of money into a car most would never want to buy. And my research shiws the 2010 & 2011 models were the worst as they were made only in Canada by then and people knew that line was going to be shut down. To bad really they are great cars. I have a 2006 and love it. If Ford would have put a stronger AOD trans in it and squeezed a little over 320HP in an engine for the Panther platform - it would probably be running today.
Yes! Finally a hot rod Lincoln. Thanks.
Love the panther platform that thing is amazing
that dude in blue interviewed him last year. love the car.
@@cljerjr31 He sure did! I am happy I got the story out there from the owner. Fun car!

The first gen Lincoln LS offered a manual
@@sirroundsound9104 Yes, that was discussed in the comments below. The owner forgot about that model.
Didn't the Early/mid 2000's Lincoln LS(Duratech V6) come with a 6 speed manual?
