All 3 hotels are less than 400m away from the nearest metro station: Hotel Saint-Marc, 150m from Richelieu-Drouot station on line 8. Hotel du Danube, 400m from Saint-Germain des Prés on line 4. Villa Beaumarchais, 250m from Chemin Vert on line 8
I don't have any ideas on the hotel itself, but its location is very nice, a few meters from the Cluny museum. By the way, if it's called Central Saint-Germain, it's not in the center of the Saint-Germain neighborhood, but clearly in the center of the Latin Quarter, with the Sorbonne University only a 100 meters away.
@@paristoptips Great thx for the input, great videos, great quality, great narration, well done, I have been following your videos for a while now, excited to come back to Paris after 22 years with family now.
Thanks for sharing wonderful tips! We are traveling mid Oct, still not decided where to stay, or even book B&B. I noticed that for many of the hotels, I do not even see 2 queen beds option for 3 ppl, it's either a 2 ppl or book 2 rooms, which then becomes pricey 😅 Hence, trying to find B&B around these areas.
It's true. 2 queen beds is something quite rare in France. You can try Novotel, there are many in Paris and some of their rooms are meant for 4 or 5 people.
Thank you for producing this awesome channel and sharing so many wonderful tips about your city! I just booked the Hôtel Saint-Marc based on your recommendation.
Thank you I can't wait to visit!
Hope you'll enjoy!
When I need to chose hotels, I always need to know whether there is a Metro near or not. I just HATE trudging on the street with my suitcase...
