In Todays Video RagingRaptor showcases the GSOR 1010, the new wheeled british Medium Tank.
It simply lacks several important features or at least ONE THING to make it interesting and unique to use. I wouldn't recommend it at the moment.

Balanced releases should be the norm from now on.
there's a difference between balanced and borderline bad. This tank is bad af, low pen, no camo, basically nothing. Only accuracy is good and everything else is trash, worse than skorp g, su 130pm, shptk etc. Can't spot cuz camo is low, can't snipe cuz ben is also low.
@@mile_381 good pen, ok camo, good speed, great gun handling, ok dpm. Ok vr, 218 may not be 230 but 218 is enough to pen most things you need to pen with that accuracy. I made do with 180-190 in 2010. 218 is awesome. If you really can't pen 250 is plenty.
105mm at tier 8 is normally 320. So 360 Alpha is technically a bonus. CS-52Lis 105mm 320 alpha, Object 274A - 107mm 320 alpha, Astron Rex -320 alpha, Lansen C 105mm 320 alpha, Iron Arnie 105mm - 320 alpha. The only 105mm with 360 alpha guns are the AMBT, Bourrasque, M4A1 Rev 390....This seems balanced. Good Camo, amazing gun handling. Its a snap shot tank made to spam full premium for the shell velocity. 920 shell velocity is meh, but its workable with the gun handling and knowledge of leading your shots. Does it need HESH...yes. 105mm of pen HESH would make this tank glorious but that's another matter all together. 9.5 second reload with bounty rammer and vents, 65kph top speed with bounty turbo, .28 dispersion with a 1.7 second aim time with amazing soft stats is good for a sniping medium. Could they bump the shell velocity up to 1050 for the standard round and 1250 for the premium APCR? Sure. It would make the tank but a touch better without breaking it, but if you're used to playing the lansen C, it's only 930m/s. You want shit shell velocity look no further than the T42 Boys Tank...814 with 190 pen. T25 pilot...853 I believe with 192 pen, Patton KR...Same as the Pilot. This tank is exactly average when it comes to all aspects of it except the gun which seems to be amazing asides from shell velocity. 218 pen is above average for a tier 8 medium which most have 212 (on almost all 90mm guns) and 252 is plenty when dealing with most other mediums and heavies of a higher tier with its accuracy. It's an exactly average tank with good mobility, camo value and gun handling. I believe we have just been so conditioned with the abundance of newer premiums just being absolutely busted (cough BZ-176, Skoda T56, bourrasque) that this gives us no feeling of FOMO. Good summation mate. Especially the fact it’s well balanced and not OP. I do think it’s needs a ‘gimmick’ for want of a better word..a good HESH round or good view range, after all it’s about 12 feet high..you should be able to see for miles.

@@TheSaltySabot Nice, what Equipment did finally end up using? I have been using Vert Stab/Rammer and Optics for frontline and it’s been doing ok.
@@csh5414 2 classes I use. Standard DPM set-up if there are enough light tanks (Bounty Vents, Bounty Rammer, Bounty IAU). If I'm low tier I play a more passive set-up, (CVS, Bounty Optics, Bounty Exhaust) and play like I would the bourrasque in a more passive scouting role. 15 Standard rounds, 3 HE, load the rest up with premium and always run food.
since when is 360 alpha and 218 pen not good?
218 pen is nothing,this tank is a sniper. You can't snipe with it because the pen on both shells is bad. Can't spot cuz its too big and camo is low. Can't do anything 😂. And don't forget about pen loss. at 500m that 218mm is 205 💀

All the reviews I've seen agree that it has nothing special about it so no reason the spend cash for it.
This type of tank needs larger .. much larger maps. Maybe give it new action instead of relying on its gun.
Why not make it call in air strike or smoke cover.

I think that they need to slow the game down or make the maps bigger it feels so fast coming back after a few years being away and tanks are getting destroyed within the first minute
with a bounty ram, 9.8 sec isnt too bad. gun handling makes up for poor agility imo
This may be one of the most disappointing tanks in a long time, but , that being said, Wargaming has set a very dangerous precedence regarding overpowered premiums.

After introducing those French wheeled Abominations, seems like WG is being cautious not to bring more hate from the community for another wheeled line. Yet with tanks like the BZ-176 around, this thing will be a two-shot-garage tank!

i feel we are to spoiled with OP tanks, so much so that when a tank is a c tually balanced raptor is complaining about it, this thing already has wheeles so it wont be tracked keep that in mind... lastly dont complain about OP tanks if regular tanks dont make you happy, its very ironic when u are one of the people who complained most about op TANKS.
Meh seems to be correct. I haven't seen a single CC yet that thinks this is a good tank, but it's not terrible. The alpha and gun handling are the only bright spots of the vehicle and it has plenty of drawbacks. I don't want and we don't need another OP tank, but they could have made this a tad more appealing without it being a problem. They were a bit too cautious with this one and it's a shame.

this thing turns like a pig in mud. also its very sluggish when you try to giggle forward & back. has no armour. gun is nice though. hits pretty well on the move.
Gun soft stats is comparable to M48A5 and AMX-30B, so it's actually quite good in that regard. People regarding this as meh because of all the OP bullshit tanks like BZ-176 exist.
Shell velocity is like 900ish on standard rounds which sucks but i will probably still pick one up I’m a tank hoarder. The gun is ok but its gonna be easier to hit than the french tanks and tires are not as big as French wheeled vehicles seems like i always hit the damn wheels on them. Its just a decent meh tank nothing great but not bad either.

I thought it was just me, but the tank is just dogshit, what is the point of wheels if you cant turn and you also dont get HESH. Also meh pen and dogshit DPM.

Its not even that fast. Thats very dissapointing.
I recently lost 65lbs by doing nothing but eating only meat for 6 months. Boring diet that starts hard, but I still get to eat as much as I want (as long as it is meat).
Such a weird tank, its got wheels and looks like horrible acceleration, bad ammo, bad alpha, bad pen, why would you buy the tank period. There's no niche use. If it has really good view range then that's fine
