This is basically the Painless Performance Products #30206 - Remote Master Disconnect w/Latching Solenoid Kit. I got it at an estate sale. My kid's '91 Chevy has no immobilizer chip, so I figured it'd be a good anti theft device. Looks like the same setup, except it includes a push button momentary switch and a 10 amp fuse for the relay itself.
what's the amps for your relay? bouta do this in my Corvette the same way don't want to accidentally buy a small relay might do an RV one like yours but thank you for the video it's good!!

I believe you're using a standard relay. A latching relay operates via a momentary trigger that will cause the relay to alternate between NO and NC.
