So, it appears the fighters are in order of power level. I can get Krillin being above Tien, but why are Trunks and Vegeta before Piccolo? Did Piccolo actually surpass them after only a couple month in the Room of Spirit and Time? I doubt it.
Piccolo is most likely stronger than them in their base forms at this point in time. Due to fusing with Kami (unlike in this game) not being a transformation but simply Piccolo.

He has that same dream every night until Buu arrived. Then even Buu defeats Cell in those dreams.

This was a fun game. Granted, the combat system wasn't the most complex but it still worked....for me at least.

its because for budokai 1 they actually went back and made the graphics look better on gamecube. check out a comparison video of the two.

Playing through this now. Neat challenges. Kind of wish it was in BK3 too, but I guess Dragon Arena makes this redundant.
