24 minutes in and I am completly lost. Well, lets listen to it again :D
Awesome conversation. Just very hard topic... love it😊
Yeah, George my good buddy!!
Thanks for this one Robert.
2 legends! Looking forward to this gents 🍻
George is far from ledgend
45min & 30sec in & I haven't understood a single word yet ... but I'm here for it!!!
The hurdle to comprehension is high. I'm over 4 years in and I still don't get it all. Daily learning is the key to this productive addiction.
Great show Robert. George is one of my favorites to listen to and has a very thoughtful answer to every question.
Very enjoyable and thought-provoking conversation. Thank you for sharing this important discussion.
I previously thought Gammon was a fiat apologist. I’m starting to realize he’s more so being very specific as to how the fiat system functions.
I'm a big fan of BackGammon
Great episode, love George 👌
Man, have I been waiting for this conversation, and it did not disapoint. When you think you have a good understanding of money listen to these two.
Most off this conversation is over my head
Which is no problem for me
I just save in Bitcoin and make sure I can spend it in different ways if necessary until
That I use cash, stable coin, and lightning network.
And choose carefully where I will live
I love listening to Bob Murphy and his Human Action podcast on the Mises channel
So do I man! 🔥
@@LukeMikic21 Good to see you Luke
A lot to think about...great pod!
It is scary when George is starting to sound as lucid in his thinking as Lynn Alden. Good conversation. Thanks.
George, please interview Luke Gromen. He has an interesting theory on the 18 trillion in negative net international investment the US has and how that will affect the USD
Could listen to George for days. Great show.
The Chads of Finance finally meet
LOLed
What a fantastic conversation 👏👏👏
The one thing that no one talks about is that when they create money in the form of a loan, they DON'T create the interest that has to be paid
Is George just describing Bitcoin at 2:07:15? 🤔
Love this conversation
Most brilliant minds
When was this recorded?
Great episode
Shifting views to truth isn't rare for the intelligent. Only the ignorant struggle with change.
Any chance getting an interview with Professor Richard Werner on the channel? He basically described (defined) the term "quantitative easing" back in the 90s.
Roger Ver interview with Robert would be epic
wonderful content,George I want one of those hats
58:40 Bingo! Extinguishing debt contributes to deflationary pressures while the small amount of intrest owned is inflationary.
Heads they win tails you lose
@@garrettpatten6312 If you knew the difference between you and they was studying harder, would you hold it against them?
Studying has nothing to do with criminal counterfitting. "They" murder people and sell children into sex slavery.
But my comment was more
to the point that - inflation benefits the asset holder, and then when deflation finally hits, the little guy gets hit again because now they have nominal debt reflecting high prices and interest rates, but deflation, while lowering prices, also lowers wages which makes that debt harder to pay back.
I assume George is really smart but I can't focus long enough to be sure.
The Cyberopolis presale is happening now! Who else is getting in on this?
Cyberopolis will hit 100m marketcap first day at launch, 100%!!!!!
Love George! He’s the big brother that I never had, teaching me what to value, how to think, what to defend and what makes it all possible.
But what happens when people refuse to do anything unless its for Bitcoin, I think George is quite confused on how this will play out
I feel dumber every time George speaks. Thank god for Breedlove.
Money that the Government borrows is money that already exists. A bank cannot give the government a credit to borrow them money. Treasuries only take money in that has already been created by borrowing of the private sector.
The FED buys TBills with money created on a computer ie printing money
First 😊
I’m not sure George is well-equipped to speak to the topic(s) at hand.
George is great but he’s limited in his understanding of bitcoins power
A lot of oddities for sure. IOHK. Is outta Hong Kong. Arguably one of the global money hubs. Vitalic B is Russian raised in Canada… . CZ a Chinese Canadian. Satoshi… And Shytoshi.. what the F were they all doing in Switzerland 🇨🇭 at the same time? Every major and even some minor world economy just happen to be going into a high speed wobble at the same time…. Come on man….? It’s a bit much to ask us to accept it ALL as coincidence dontcha 🤔 think? lol. And shark tank stars running for office bahahahha😂🤣😆. No way. AND a Game show host president of the Ukraine at war with Russia. Drama major is prime Minister of Canada can’t get outta bed without raising taxes. A James Bond villein character trying to take over the world. Oh yes and the sky is falling don’t forget that. lol 😂 it’s all toooo much.
Thank you for connecting all the dots. Finally someone else is bringing this to the Forefront
George is overrated af. I've seen smart people explaining complicated subjects before very straight to the point efficiently but Gannon just goes on these rants that not even Breedlove gets the first time listening to him like he understands others.
Agree; calls out #’s but forgets to match the % to equate his spew…
And also leave the failure of these entities to use technology properly
George tries so hard to be a contrarian. Smart guy but he can be dishonest and misleading
Agree…
list one of his dishonestly in this podcast
@@whome1319agreed. Let's hear some examples. Crickets....
George can be irritating but its good that he will play devils advocate and question things
MoneyVelocity is the inverse of MoneyDemand.
