is there any 'weight' to this, like at the moment im just using some 5kg dumbbells but at least its something, isn't this just like lifting elastic?

Hi, I use a power chair and sit with my knees about 29in high -- have any power chair users tested the Fusion Wheel? I would get help adhering the pieces to my chair, etc, but since the wheels are much smaller than on a manual I think I'd have to find an alternate spot .
