    Good to be young because my 42!year old lower back and knees can’t do this type of stuff anymore

      Def feel you but you can’t still train like an athlete using regressions to these exercises 🙏🏽 it’s a mindset

      @@coachkp oh I have the mindset if you were a athlete you never lose the mindset it’s just I don’t know what to do to substitute and still be as explosive
