We visited 2 times in Vietnam and have travelled in quite a number of countries around the world, but Vietnam is one of the most beautiful countries I have ever been. Great video.

But I'm planning a trip to either Vietnam or Thailand for 1 month, and I really am confused about which one will be more fun for me
- I'm not into clubs, parties, bars, nightlife, restaurants, chilling 24/7 on the beach, etc.
- I'm into tropical landscapes, nature, attractions, sea, ziplines, water sports, animals, diving (open to fill types of attractions, and maybe even a little extreme, such as diving with sharks and such), etc.
Which one you think will be better for me?

Halong Bay and Hoi An are two of the most beautiful places in the world. I loved my time there, and I will go back again in this lifetime

I've been to most of those destinations and to anyone who reads this, if you've not been to Vietnam, you are missing one of the world's greatest destinations. I'm a bit surprised the Old Imperial City of Hue wasn't in your video, but still what you showed was totally awesome.

luckily enough I had been visiting to all the QuangBinh caves in 2014 thanks to God. They were very amazed. I was very surprised there wasn't many tourists.

The most favorable time to travel in Vietnam is March, April, August, September, October and November, cool weather 22-26 Oc, with green fields, swimming, comfortable lake after 1 day of driving and traveling. Dress more gently with T-shirts, shorts

Vietnam is great. I have been mostly in south. Ho Chi Minh City you can explore for weeks. only a short boat trip to Vung Tao and the beach. I find Vietnamese more friendly than Thai people. And in Vietnam westerners get same prices as Viet people. Where as in Thailand they have 3 prices. ( 1. for thai = cheapest, 2. for thai woman and western man = more expensive , 3. and for western / foreign people = most expensive ). Vietnam has same beautiful nature as Thailand, but is less touristy. Food is Vietnam are not spicy, and its a fusion of Vietnam, French and chinese. It is simply great food wherever you go. Well worth to book your next trip to Vietnam.

As someone that just returned from Vietnam Phu Quoq is really far from a tropical paradise with the majority of the beaches at the west cost being privatized and depending on the season either the western or eastern coastel line being flooded with trash from either Mekong river or Cambodia. And Dalat has a beautiful surrounding while the city itself is built for cars and scooters not humans spending time outside.
(Vietnam was beautiful but these two points on the list really have me wonder whether you've ever actually visited Vietnam yourself)

Vietnam is skyrocketing upward. The food is among the best in the world, the people are gracious and generous and the natural beauty is striking.
Hanoi and Saigon are fascinating.
Take the bus west from Vinh to the Laotian border. Laos is equally scintillating.
Or you can remain a bitter old soul.
