Something I really like about this is it ACUTALLY seems like something that could be a custom in real life. Too many of the Build designs are so over-engineered with custom-made parts that the only way I could see them made is if the maker actually worked for Bandai and produced it as an official gunpla. The Livelance Heaven here takes the idea of inverting the Deathscythe Hell into an angelic counterpart, swaps a couple bits like the torso and head, and gives it a fresh color scheme. I could actually see someone doing this, and it works.

This looks so much better in Gunpla than in Game. It's also adorable how Zero System is installed in the crystals on the arms. And yes. Touma, Sana, and Ryusei talked about how silly the name was in the Game.
Totally. I understand where the name comes from, and I love the design (can't wait to build mine), but I keep wanting to call it the Paladin Gundam instead. =P
This looks like a great kit for a custom paint job-imagine how cool it would be to redo the white pieces in red. I might have to get two of these-one for a straight build and one to repaint.
I'll probably just paint the metals, and maybe paint the yellow as a brighter gold, and the injected-gold as a copper-gold, and then the gray on the skirt as silver, because I have those paints left over. However, if I wanted to get stupid crazy, I would go for a pharoh theme. I still might just do that. I'm split on the idea, because the default colors look so good. We'll see.
It’s beginning to take them three months to ship new kits to Europe. This looks about as good as I expected, it doesn’t disappoint. The effect parts look great, the last kit I’ve seen them use glitter was with the MG Force Impulse.
This is the one Battlelogue kit they didn't have at my local Target. I may have to go into Hobby Lobby next. Would love to throw some chrome metallics and chromatic pearls on this beauty.
I definitely happy about an impending Deathscythe Hell...... but I really wish we were getting a Virsago. How are you feeling about Barbataurus? I just built it and it's as floppy as you'd expect a Barbatos-human-centipede to be but I still like it a lot and I'm sure you'll appreciate its full throttle edgelord energy.

The suits shown in the scene were made by fans for a contest, meaning bandai cannot just use those designs willy nilly, even if they are just customs. They'd actually have to ask the creators if they can use them for kits. Yes, seriously.

And they definitely seem like the type to have all rights resevered to them in the download agreement. You may be right, but thats not normally how that works. Why, did they say something about it already or?

Great review! This is a fun looking kit that is quite amusing that it's the antithesis to the og Gundam deathscythe hell. Plus as a massive bonus, thanks to this kit, we will get the High grade deathscythe hell in the near future!!!!!
I guess the Deathscythe Hell will not be a P-bandai... you can refer to the MG version of any gundam wing, the pattern shows that Deathscythe Hell is a regular release, unlike the sandrock or tallgeese iii... fingers crossed

One thing that Mecha didn't mention This guy comes with parts that are exclusively for the Deathscythe Hell - A piece of the head that has the trim - alternate smaller parts for the wings that have added verniers
I actually saw it in a game store along with Gundam Helios and while I got Helios I was completely torn between one of the two. Sadly no blazing Gundam or barbataurus, I problem would've gone with one of those first.
I saw Barbataurus in my local target, though I chose Helios instead because it's just plain awesome and it stands out from my other kits because if its looks and its wings
Just watched episode 4 and i think all 10 of the HG kits have appeared now. The mobile trio in PSF, Helios and LLH, Misa in the Blazing, Mask Dumb in the Barbatauros, white-haired guy (Who was apparently the Breaker 3 protag all along) in the Command Qan[T] and the four P-Bandai kits (Ground Gundam FSD, Wing Zero, Gouf Custom and Astray) all just got summoned.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I'm not entirely sure if this was only in the kit I bought, but the joint articulation for its right hand is a bit loose for me, so it might be a little annoying for some people. I think it should be fine if you don't touch it too much though.
Trust me, it ain't gonna end the production of the kit as long as many still demanding it. It just stupid marketing decision if it's some sort of limited stock.
One other issue that I've found with this kit since I got it is that the thrusters on the interior of the wings needed to be glued in place because they keep falling off. I just finished a second of this kit, where I used some of the metallic gundam markers to upgrade the yellow plastic to gold and where the yellow stickers should be...along with several of the gold plastic...and a few of the other details the art shows such as the details on the feet and adding bits of gold and silver along with a few more splashes of metallic sapphire in some recesses. I'm thinking of doing a bit more and trimming the knee and ankle pieces with white just to add a bit more contrast because I would have loved a bit more of a shift between the lilac and white sections for the tone there
Those yellow parts clash so much-those definitely could use some gold paint Maybe some of the trim on the active cloak as well; give it more of a regal look (it'd look like it was out of Escaflowne now that I imagine it...)

Surpriseneat fix I discovered for those stickers: I'm in the middle of building this kit, and (since the parts are again mostly white) I found that a yellow sharpie does womders on the butt-flap (all white and where half the yellow stickers go) and on the insides of the wings. The wings are that violet color, so Im not sure how they'll look when complete, but I do firmly believe that it works on the butt-flap with extra light grey pannel-lining (from a mechanical pencil)
The fact that you can fold the wings into a cloak is something im gonna put to heavy use when I get mine soon, there's a store near me that's selling one, praying i can get to it before it'd gone
@@senpie6639 especially at this point there hasn't been any hint of Bandai going to make HGAC EW kits. Like I wasn't for sure for a long time if there would be a HGAC Tallgeese as Bandai had made RGs of Tallgeese especially the TV color version.
I don't watch Gundam (except IBO) so I usually buy kits based on color or some other esthetic reason. But... Having built this kit, I love the simplicity and the size is perfect!
maybe you should spray some matte topcoat over your review table, frost over the glass but give it some texture for the plastic to grab, without damaging the plastic

I bet if you can use a gold metallic sharpy to panel line the areas of where the yellow stickers are, it can make them match the gold metallic pieces on the rest of the body, sort of.

Imagine if they decide to do light piping and the way the light travels to the eyes comes from the front and back camera. This way, we no longer need to place sticker on the camera square.
I have just finished this kit and I've gotta say ... it's rife with little issues that make me scratch my head. First in foremost, you gotta panel line this kit if you want anything remotely detailed amidst the white on white. As for the biggest problem: On the left arm construction, my piece C1-(3) has a plastic insert instead of where a hole was on piece B1-(9) for the right arm. And, piece A-(29) right arm under-wrist armor has a peg that inserts into piece B1-(9). Whereas the left arm pieces A-(28) and A-(25) are just using standard pegs that don't insert into each other like on the right arm construction. What results is the wrist armor on the left arm constantly pops out from the slightest bit of pressure since there is no connecting peg holding them in place unlike the right arm. It got so bad to the point where I had to whip out the good ol super glue to keep the armor in place. It looks to be either an oversight on Bandai's part, or a strange overlap with the deathscythe runners. Second, the small gold thruster bits located on the inside of the wing cloak are super loose and needs some kind of glue to prevent them from falling out. Third, the polycap torso joint is incredibly loose to the point where my gunpla performs a self hemicorporectomy just from leaning forward. It sucks a lot when trying to pose this guy. Fourth, the ball joints on the hands are some of the loosest that I've ever handled on a high grade to the point where you might as well glue them in the sockets to have it remotely carry its lance weapon properly. I absolute love this kit from an aesthetics standpoint, especially after panel lining. But it has to be one of the more problematic HG's that I've handled since I built the HGIBO Vidar. I definitely recommend folks to put in the extra work if you're wanting this to be anything remotely solid. Otherwise, I'd pass on this kit unfortunately.
i kinda like this little trend of bandai releasing a variant of a mobile suit before releasing the original, like they did with knight justice and infinite justice gundam. the fact that this kit exists means that deathscythe hell is around the corner is more exiciting to me. awesome kit regardless
Ok hear me out… Deathscythe Hell vs Livelance Heaven vs The End Imagine all 3 of them fighting against each other. I wonder who will win~? Cause seriously, among all of the Breaker Battlogue Gundams I’ve seen so far, that one’s my personal favorite. The rest are either too excessive (helios and perfect strike freedom) or just trying too hard for me (barbataurus) ^^;

If I remember right, Gundams Lucifer and Seraphim also had crystaline wrist things...so there is precedent there.

If you look at the runners, it has katakana texts that says ガンダムデスサイズヘル, implying that the Deathscythe Hell is on its way to production.

Hearing about the Virsago runner gives me hope for a new HG After War kit.
I think the circular handle into a box hand is for enabling the kit to grab the weapon with its 2 hands, for dynamic two handed weapon poses

i was able to get this one as my first one at my local barnes and noble bookstore. i enjoyed building it and i have been looking for others to build.
I was really disappointed they didn't use the wing zero custom wings on this. 2 sets of those wings would work.

Bandai is very smart of making this name Livelance Heaven is the opposite to the name Deathscythe Hell.
Live = Death
Lance = Scythe
Heaven = Hell
Imagine if they decide to do light piping and the way the light travels to the eyes comes from the front and back camera. This way, we no longer need to place sticker on the camera square.

In another review I saw a guy leave the stickers off and the lavender panels on the upper wings looked pretty good bare.
I think those wings are from the original deathscythe shoulders

An HGAC Deathscythe Hell is a given at this point, but I really hope this also leads to an HGAW Gundam Virsago in the near future.
I have just finished this kit and I've gotta say ... it's rife with little issues that make me scratch my head.
First in foremost, you gotta panel line this kit if you want anything remotely detailed amidst the white on white.
As for the biggest problem:
On the left arm construction, my piece C1-(3) has a plastic insert instead of where a hole was on piece B1-(9) for the right arm. And, piece A-(29) right arm under-wrist armor has a peg that inserts into piece B1-(9). Whereas the left arm pieces A-(28) and A-(25) are just using standard pegs that don't insert into each other like on the right arm construction. What results is the wrist armor on the left arm constantly pops out from the slightest bit of pressure since there is no connecting peg holding them in place unlike the right arm. It got so bad to the point where I had to whip out the good ol super glue to keep the armor in place. It looks to be either an oversight on Bandai's part, or a strange overlap with the deathscythe runners.
Second, the small gold thruster bits located on the inside of the wing cloak are super loose and needs some kind of glue to prevent them from falling out.
Third, the polycap torso joint is incredibly loose to the point where my gunpla performs a self hemicorporectomy just from leaning forward. It sucks a lot when trying to pose this guy.
Fourth, the ball joints on the hands are some of the loosest that I've ever handled on a high grade to the point where you might as well glue them in the sockets to have it remotely carry its lance weapon properly.
I absolute love this kit from an aesthetics standpoint, especially after panel lining. But it has to be one of the more problematic HG's that I've handled since I built the HGIBO Vidar. I definitely recommend folks to put in the extra work if you're wanting this to be anything remotely solid. Otherwise, I'd pass on this kit unfortunately.

i kinda like this little trend of bandai releasing a variant of a mobile suit before releasing the original, like they did with knight justice and infinite justice gundam. the fact that this kit exists means that deathscythe hell is around the corner is more exiciting to me. awesome kit regardless

Imagine all 3 of them fighting against each other. I wonder who will win~? Cause seriously, among all of the Breaker Battlogue Gundams I’ve seen so far, that one’s my personal favorite. The rest are either too excessive (helios and perfect strike freedom) or just trying too hard for me (barbataurus) ^^;
The Command Quan[t] is nice. Working on that one now. It's got some plastic that kind of reminds me of that used with the 🌙 Gundam. Super simple too.
