I just bought one today! It has 107k miles, and it was $4400! It's in great condition without any blemishes, very clean interior, and the ride is smooth.
I just bought a Pilot on Saturday. This machine has 200000+ miles and it rides ands sounds almost like it just came of the production line. Great used vehicle 👍
I was fortunate enough to be able to own one of these, extremely reliable, smooth ride, yes the turning radius is kinda weak but once you get used to it, you will fall in love with it. I love my 08' pilot
@@CALI-ll7iv I mean by trying to get thru some tight corners sometimes. I have a Mercedes gl450 and it grips the tight corners like if it was a sports car. I still love my pilot and hope to get it lifted a few inches and putting some nice mud tires soon.
I swear these are built bulletproof man, from 90,000 miles to 151k miles, still going strong, only timely fluid changes and third break light out. A/C still blowing cold, brakes haven't faded yet, it's perfect
Just oil changes 60K miles later? You are long due to change all the fluids, especially the transmission fluid. It's relatively easy to drain and fill the tranny, brake, steering pump, and coolant fluids. Just donit already. Hondas will last a lifetime if you keep up with their simple maintenance. Ask my 07 Pilot with 250K miles.
@@romerooo3212 I paid 6200. They were asking for 8550. It was a one owner car well taken care of. Definitely look at one that doesn’t have multiple owners

My 2007 Honda Pilot has been extremely reliable throughout the years. To Alaska and back again, and thousands of miles in the books with the motor still working excellently.
11:50 Actually you could get a rearview camera in 2007. If you got the navigation system, you got a backup camera too. When putting the car in reverse the screen would show the rear. There is no turning guidelines and the view is narrow, and off centered but has worked great for me when parking in tight spaces downtown.
I got a 2007 Honda Pilot EXL 4WD In the aberdeen Green/ Blue exterior color. Bought it for about 4,000$ after some new tires and some new rims put on. It’s got 4WD and the 3.5L V6 with 244 HP and 240 torque. And got the 5 speed automatic. I have keyless entry, the side turn signals. I also got automatic lights, fog lights, rear view backup camera, power driver seat, cruise control, outside temp, oil life, leather interior, heated seats, navigation system, Sirius xm radio, my pilot also has a sunroof, tinted windows, roof racks, leather wrapped steering wheel, voice control, heated exterior mirrors, power windows, locks and mirrors, rear A/C vents and rear automatic climate control, and I also have automatic climate control with the temperature setting on the front. I also have garage home link. This pilot has 197,000 miles currently. It’s in great condition, it’s been well maintained and well taken care of. I’m so glad that my pilot has more features and options compared to the other EXL models. the dealership I bought it from offered me a unlimited mileage for up to a year to replace anything and everything that might wear out or break can be replaced and fixed for free. So I have a 0-60 on my pilot posted on UA-cam channel if anyone wants to see it.
I have a 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L with the 4WD and navigation. It’s a 3.5 single over head cam V6 J35 A9 engine. It has about 235,000 miles. This is an honest owner like me who’s owned it for 2 1/2 years for discretion. I’ve had new brakes, new blower motor, new tires, and rims, and have had to replace a few bulbs on the front and back taillights and etc… but it hasn’t been anything too major and I’ve had my valves adjusted and a new engine piston head replaced and I’ve also been changing my oil every 5,000 miles and been taking good care of my Honda Pilot. I bought it for 3200$ and it had 196,000 miles and it has the timing belt, spark plugs and everything else changed and replaced on it before I bought it and the exterior color is so beautiful it’s the ocean, agua blue type color shade and it’s pretty rare to see it on my spec of pilot but the paint is also immaculate and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate my pilot. It Never lets me down
I sold my 07 CR-V and got a 06 Pilot with 130k and it runs like brand new. It's better in every way except gas mileage. If you're looking for a dependable family SUV, the 06-08 is the best Pilot ever made.
I have 2006 pilot, basically same as 2007. Very well built vehicle, like it very much. I have another 1999 Accord V6, still running well, though it gave a few issues, but overall it is a good car. Both of them have J series engines and pretty much similar.
tho I wouldn't have anything to tow with my Pilot, I took my pilot off road into a very rocky terrain, getting there did not require 4wd but getting out did, after activating the 4wd it effortless scaled the rock and extreme unforgiving terrain, so I can say the only down side would be possibly be hitting some rocks on the underside but an extreme versatile 4wd while riding nice handling leisure
We have a 2007 Pilot. Ours have DVD navigation system and we changed the entertainment system. Its a fantastic ride. In fact, I like it better than my BMW 328.
It’s funny that this was considered a crossover. By today’s standards it looks like a rugged boxy suv. I think I’m going to sell my 2016 3 series and downgrade to an old pilot. My kids are sapping all my money! Looks like a good used option for under 10k!
Great review! Love the pilot always and I think this is my fav gen. This or the 2015 gen. But very great car and review cam, keep up ur amazing work. Also love the new logo
My family had a 2008 Pilot. Solid vehicle, I learned to drive on it. My dad traded it in at about 95,000 miles because we didn't need such a large vehicle anymore.
Two people at my work drive this same vehicle. I've always liked these Pilots, way better than the very ugly second gens. The current third gen is the best looking Pilot IMO.
every little thing about the handling of the car is bugging me as if it were mine being handled. playing with the gear lever, pulling the door open too hard, dropping the glovebox hard, fiddling with the a/c fan speeds. seeing such a thing of beauty handled so roughly.... makes me sad.
That is so funny you're doing a review on this car after I've seen about 3 of them (same color & everything) on the road today & I only drove like 5 mins away and back lol
I love my pilot, I have the exact same model except 2008. Tons of space and utility, smooth ride and its the perfect car for winters here in New England. My only complaint is that the steering wheel doesn't telescope, but I've gotten used to it.
What is that light that's on top of the low beams supposed to be? Seem like honda just said ummmm well, let's just.slap in tiny bulb to make it look symmetrical
