I have a question for anyone who knows: how would one make the lenses of the mask black? Normally, they are clear, and I'm not sure how to make them black like in the video. I would PREFER a way to do it that doesn't impact vision too much, but I'm open to anything.

Guard could always take bolters, squad sergeants, veteran squads, officers, etc
