Did you run your envelopes through VCAs? To me that is the true magic of the DFAM and why it sounds so organic. The Velocity channel on the sequencer isn't just controlling level but actually sets the level for 3 different VCAs that the pitch, filter, and amp envelopes go through.
@@BeniRoseMusic It’s interesting Env to a VCA including pitch, filter, amp makes the DFAM sound organic. I’m over here with LPG’s making bingo sounds. 😂
That’s one thing I love about the QARV, I have the “velocity” sequence (channel 2 on SQ-1) going into the “VCA In” inputs on each of the three envelope channels, and it has a related vca output which is the multiplication of the two. I’m sure there are some specifics to the way the DFAM vcas work that are lost in this configuration, but by gum I tried!

Aw man this sequence with an evil Delay! I use a Behringer Edge with a Delay/Reverb pedal and it explodes from there. Epic Jam.
Oooooo hell yeah! UBurst can run as a clocked delay, I’ll have to play with that tomorrow! Thanks for the suggestion 😊
