      @@Victardoo you're not exactly breaking the mold with this info. Nothing about sets or reps, nothing about calorie deficit or surplus. You're making a video with basic information that might be interesting to beginners and then talking about weighted dips and pull ups. If your audience is at a stage doing weighted dips and pull ups then they're beyond the beginner stage of just doing anything and growing and they know the benefits of squats, dips, and pulls. You're mixing up your info and target audience.
