Sir, this is a Wendy's drive thru.
Hahahah 💀
Lol
😂😂 yyoooo
😂😂
Wendy’s drive through can also be sold on roofing.😮
As a person who sells roof yes he is telling the truth

For real terrifying but would be a well trained cop… I’d want him in my town
He would be great a hostage negotiator.
Andy would pull u over like “hey do you have kids? How old? 17 wow so I’m sure you love your daughter correct? Listen Ik you’re probably a responsible parent considering your daughter is now 17 and is safe right? So look here’s the deal, if someone was driving reckless around your 17 yr old daughter and almost caused her to crash, you’d want me to get them off the road for her and protect her right? I just started in the roofing business and this is a great way too easy into your sales pitch! I just found Andy and I’ve had several people tell me they don’t like his methods but facts are facts and he’s given me a lot of good info to digest. Thank you Andy.
I’ve run high performing sales teams for many years, this dude is legit. Anyone hating has not the slightest clue when it comes to influence and persuasion. Easy to sit on a phone and criticize.
You freely admit that you spend your life ‘persuading’ consumers and in the same sentence are critical of people who call you out for being a piece of garbage. Hmmmm
@@FredJacobs-ql4mq well said Fred, I admire the passion andy has but money is his God and that is not a good thing.
Exactly, these people in these comments are so funny. “That would never work on me”, well it already likely did!
The issue isn't that he's not good at what he does. It's actually that he's so good at what he does. Being exceptional at manipulating people isn't a trait one should aspire to, in my humble opinion. Then again, I'm also broke. But, I'd rather sleep soundly in a mediocre apartment than feel guilty in a luxury condo knowing that I screwed people out of their money for my own gain.
@@Opethfeldt valid point.

"sir your roof is damaged"
"-I know"
Closes door bye bye
More accurate description of how that went 😂😂
Yeah, it all depends on who you talk to though. Everyone is a bit different
💯 accurate
No one is cool about their roof being damaged
@TheBazQueenTV lmaooo you haven't met allll homeowners bruh. Some of them...do.not.care. ..."It's not leaking"...or better yet: "my cousins, brother's, ex girlfriend's, dad.. said it's fine"
Only problem with this is that the main blockade in insurance restoration or “storm chasing” is not people not understanding they have damage it’s the fact there is 20 others guys selling the same thing on the block. This line will work on anyone if you’re the first guy to knock but if they’ve already talked to 5 other people which they most likely have by 7:30 the morning after the storm then they are immediately telling they already know and closing the door.
Anytime anyone comes to my house I instantly tell them no and close the door. Especially when they walk up and say I don't need anything from you.
i have the best comeback to turn this down.
even if youre a homeowner, you always say: “oh this is a rental. you gotta find the owners. aight bye” 😂
you're the type that would try to sell your house more than what it's worth. Idk why people are so scared to say "hey I appreciate it but not interested, have a great day". Or if you're an actual smart person and you do believe that maybe at some point you do need to replace your roof then there's nothing wrong with getting information on what it would cost and how it could benefit if a salesman does approach you.
lol 😂 I have a window cleaning & pressure washing business. U also have a handyman business. So when I’m washing windows or washing a house. I point out things like a rotten window sill, door frame, fascia, soffit & other things. Then when they ask if I know anyone who can fix it. Well I sure do! I give them an estimate & schedule the work.
If someone knocks on my door, unless I know you I’m pretending I’m not home lol.
The harder a salesman comes at me, the more i pull away
See that’s the thing… he’s not coming in hard, he’s coming in confident, respectful but assertive and professional. If you have actual damage on your roof and this man approaches you, you’re screwed.
I guess you're minority 🤔
I’d pull away too. The older I get the more I realize some people are all about sales and making money. I don’t need some slick ass salesman trying to inch his way in so he can line his pockets with my money. I’m a grown ass man just give it to me straight up from jump. We ain’t friends it’s business. If it makes sense I’ll do the deal if not good bye. No time for slick ass bullshit.
@@MoMo-nv4toyea until realize that you actually needed a roof and you grow mold from a leak and once you start breathing in mold, you should start shopping for caskets 😂
@@TZW899 I don’t get your reply. Obviously if I need a roof I’m going to get a roof. That’s just common sense. Any home owner should be inspecting his or her home on a regular basis. My comment was referring to the slick sales shit. I simply prefer someone to give me a quote after they inspect. I’ll choose the best all around company. I don’t need the extra push or someone trying to work their way in. Just come with the price after the inspection then it’s a yes or no on my part. I don’t need all the slick shit of working your way in.
Wow this is actually a good line
They would think you're a con man, murderer or a robber trying to lure them out of their house so they can look at something
😂😂😂😂
@PassportGaming I did door to door as a job for 3 years, no one ever thought I was robbing them or luring them anywhere... you get the very rare scammer claim which as long as you're legitimate you can prove otherwise

Bro handing out verbal wealth at this point - love this.
I love hearing people say when a salesperson meets me then I say no and walk away. Whether its cars, home, etc. you're the type to get a bad deal and think its good cause its cheap lol. As long as the product or service is good and they were professionals about it then I'm always for it

Gotta love shady insurance roofers.
@nateopaliski I get what you’re saying, but bro I worked construction and now do solar D2D…there’s some SHADY ass motherfuckers out there and if you don’t know that then you’re probably very inexperienced which means broke as hell. Goodnight champ.
@@NateOpaliski they might. But I’ll tell ya now, I own a landscaping company and shady insurance roofers are 100% a thing. My customers get them all the time pitching this exact sell. I have nothing against roofers at all. I have everything against telling people insurance is gonna pay for your new roof when you need 1 shingle.
@@NateOpaliski buddy, I don’t know who pissed you off, but it wasn’t me. I know what goes on a roof. I have owned been a blue collar business for 10 years. I understand insurance companies have minimum requirements for what the would cover. If you don’t understand the type of roofer im describing when I say “shady insurance roofer” you might be one of them. I’m not talking bad about roofers or their work. It ain’t easy. Matter of fact, I’d say it’s one of the hardest trades. Especially in the summer.
@@BartDurham157he literally just explained why 1 shingle in sum cases are cause for a new roof.. you talking about building roofs the topic is pitching inspecting and getting the client to sign on a new roof. You slaving building roofs does not translate to d2d roof sales sorry bud
@@Cxdits this conversation is silly and irrelevant at this point. I stand by my statement of shady insurance roofers. They exist everywhere. Idk why this has turned into such a shit show.
That’s your version of the story. An ideal situation!
Make sure to ask if they have a solicitation license or whatever is legal to go door to door in your city, also ask for their business license and company insurance and contractor license. Make sure they are legit. Before anything!!!
Literally what my dad did everyday driving through neighborhoods he would point out his next prospects. What he would call money on the ground.
Yeah, that's a straight up lie though. You're telling everyone that you lie, and how to lie better.
A well known roofing scam in the UK and much hated sales tactic
In Tennessee, a few missing shingles and my insurance bought me a new roof...installed in 1 day.
100% agree💪🏽
Boom!❤❤❤ Done.
My dad has made a fortune off that model and his stick is he always gets the customer the job done and the insurance check covers their deductible because the volume of materials he buys he gets such big discounts on the shingles they all love him and he's also a general contractor so he holds the roofers to a very high standard and when they need anything else done in their house they almost without fail call him
Grimey sales tactics but at least hes honest about how grimey he is. Did he really see damage? No. He’s basically admitting that roofing companies practice insurance fraud for a living.
There’s nothing grimey about it. In sales if I can’t get the customer to even give me the opportunity to speak then rent goes unpaid. And people are VERY rude to sales people
@@Kam_Eshu from one sales person to another I completely agree but ethics plays a huge part in securing a sale and if youre basing your business on insurance fraud than its not exactly a reliable source of income
@@Kam_Eshu If you understood how insurance claims work when it comes to roofs you would understand what Im saying
You’re saying the insurance part specifically is grimey? If so, then perhaps .I will admit I am unaware of how it works
Call it what u want he’s telling the truth
It’s like an explanation of why you should never let a sales person even finish saying hello.
Yeah that’s what most people do

5 guys already came to my house saying they don’t need anything from me 😭😭 and wanted to show me my roof
I don’t like solicitors and I tell them to go away if I want something I can build it myself I’ve been in construction for 33 years

How about just don’t answer the door in the first place?

Not insurance fraud. It literally says in a homeowner’s insurance policy the carrier will cover a loss due to wind and hail damage.
I’m an hvac technician I’ve been through the sales or comfort specialist course so I get what you’re saying I have one question why would you need to say. Am I go on the backside and see if there’s any more damage is it OK if I tell you if I see anything else why wouldn’t you just say I’m gonna take a peek on this backside of the roof if there’s any more damage I’ll let you know about it, why the other wording
So if its not "qualifying damage " according to the insurance will he personally pay for tbe repairs? Cause I mean he did say it was qualifying damage.
Yup

*Burglars Love This Guy*
Not gonna lie, the dude knows his shit, but come and try these tactics here in the netherlands or the rest of europe, I really wonder how the reactions would be.
At the end of the day it's your insurance company and the customer making the final decision we just let you know there might be a problem
Crafty wat of getting cheques outta people.hhmmmm😊
“See what am i doing… inching my way in there house” This guy would make a great home burglar.
Anybody trying to inch their way in my house is a fucking problem
One of a few reasons why our insurance has skyrocketed over the past few years.
This isn’t new at all. Contractors have been doing this for a long time. It’s also usually a sales pitch on something that is either minimally damaged and can be fixed, or something not really damaged at all and they are looking for easy sales and work. If a random contractor stops by to tell you about a “problem” you have, the first thing you should do it shut the door and not talk to them.
Some say his sales are through the roof
Heat!
Bro the way he talks sets off about 40 red flags. Reminds me of Matilda's dad
What about for a plumber?
Sooo insurance fraud is what your saying 😂😂😂
4RA's guides on betting are so simple, even my mom got interested and tried a bet 📘👵

I mean that's extremely smooth but I don't answer my door if I don't recognize you.
I've entered my way into their house 😎
Wow. What a concept - finding the problem. Fixing the problem with whatever your selling. I don’t understand why people pay tens of thousands of dollars for these self proclaimed “sales gurus”. There is no need - understand the basic concept - tailor it to whatever field your in.
How about the no solicitors sign on the front door and the do not knock registry decal. 😂 Funny how some people think the right combination of bullshit will work on everyone.
