He is useless guy also Patrick brown didn't do anything for brampton, anywhere construction should be handle in 24 hours, work should be done 3 shifts , at gorway 1 kilometer construction taking 2 years to fix.always moving dates ahead ,only 1 person is working most of the time ,you can imagine how long it will take, very very very poor planning
