This is awesome Tom! It took a lot of courage for that gentleman at the end to speak up about his problems. With real estate agents it's so difficult to know who's says the truth and who does not. It seems like today everyone knows what to do but nobody does it, but yet they lie about it. I think one of the biggest problems is time killers. UA-cam, Facebook, social media platforms, game apps, TV, so many things that pull people's attention away from that which matters the most. I believe it's these things that make it difficult for folks to realize their true addiction.

Change your association to what you find painful.

After hearing your story I thought...well....if he can be accepted back into the industry so can I!!!!

Luke Evans typically 6% split between the sellers agent and buyers agent. A small percent of that 3% is then paid the the brokerage as well. (Depends on what your brokerage fees are)

I like everything but the time of wake up. I know someone who wakes up at 3am everyday and has been doing it tor 20 years to go to plant job making a little more than min. Wage. Works monday-saturday. And works from 4am to 4pm. Not much to show for. I know another person who wakesup whenever and incorporates feminine spiritual practises such as making intuitive choices, making it an easy flowing process, lives in mexico or bali during winters, works from home and is a millionaire. This “hard work” makes you rich mentality is absolutely flawed- most hard workers are poor. Its time to change this perspective. Its about intentional work not hard work.

I really find this seminar useful and motivating and I liked all the points. But I think he needs to go and have his glasses adjusted and stop pushing his glasses after 50 seconds. He has charisma but just get rid of this little annoying gesture would be great!!
