Why do you like about being a Nine in the workplace? What's hard about being a Nine in the workplace?

This was really helpful and resonated with how I feel as a 9. I tend to say my opinion about things in the workplace ONLY if I know that it would be heard, and need to learn to voice my opinion no matter what. I definitely need to work on it in relationships. I'm around a 5 (or he may be an 8 not really sure) and JUST last night I felt he just dismissed my opinion about something and triggered my anger, and then I just sternly responded, "Fine, I'm done." and walked off. When I probably should have responded saying, " please don't diminish what I have to say" (which he was definitely doing, because I wasn't saying what HE WANTED me to say). It was 1:30am. So, at some point, I need to remind him how I don't enjoy my thoughts or opinions being steamrolled over (especially if you asked for them!). Thank you so much for your helpful content

I am about to start a part-time ministry position with an E9 administrative assistant who is the best there is at thinking of all the details, a very active wing 1 I think. This is helpful! As an E2 I want to make sure I let her know what I need and not make her job harder. But I do think I will be good at making her feel seen and appreciated.
