Great video, you really show whole fabrication,thank you!. I have few question, what tool you use for V cut on alubond, and acpsheet, is it something like forex/foam panel ?And how plexi and alubond goes with superglue? Does heat from sun tends to warp it? Sign is looking great, clean, I personaly make on back hole like keyhole so you can easy put on sign without seeing screws. Just slide whole sign down. like & follow from now, wish you more good videos!

Why were LED tubelights bought and stripped down to get the lights instead of directly buying LED strips themselves? That way it might have been cheaper and you didn't have empty tubelight shells.
