Generally speaking, overall, I think those judges are quite good and make very good decisions. But, that said, they are still human, and are therefore certainly not perfect. And in this particular case, at least in my humble opinion, they made a Masssssssive Mistake and royally misjudged things. At the verrrrry LEAST, I think Amber was Top 10, without a doubt. And quite possibly even worthy of being the 'winner,' or certainly Top 3. I reeeeeally hope Amber will remain confident in her astounding and Amaaaaazing Talent and abilities, will put her nose to the grindstone and work on improving as much as she possibly can, and then come back in a year or three, and absolutely lay waste to all of the 'competition, and take the Title of 'American Idol" home with her. Please keep working towards and reaching for your dream, Amber. Don't forget that you made it as far or further than Laine Hardy did his first time, and he came back and 'won' it the verrrrry next year. And there ain't Noooooooooo reason why you can't do the same!!! You are Awwwwwwwwesome, Beautiful, suuuuuuper Talented, and Amaaaaaaaaaazing!!!

My heart just breaks for Amber. The truth is that her song choice was the problem. American idol didn't want the look of an unmarried pregnant woman, singing about "good kisser". THAT'S why she was cut. The shows image.
How is she gonna look back on this ???? No daughter but fame ? Something just dosnt sit right .... I really admire her decision to have her daughter and place her with a good home but shes saying this is the best thing in her life I'm sorry but in her heart she knows it isnt .
