Every mile is a wall paper material. Beautiful country side. Wow, i see a green dustbin even in this remote region of the country. Thank you for this ride video.
That's the brilliance of Swiss, its just picturesque everywhere :) And its my pleasure mate, by the way, when you visit there do this loop goo.gl/maps/ZDVoq4vpNRM2 it covers Susten, Furka and Grimsel, 3 of the best riding roads of Switzerland (if not the world!) :)
Great video! Gorgeous scenery. I totally would have gone left of the car @ 4:40 for sure, in between the car and the models. If I am going to hit some gravel I try to set up my turn angle as early as possible; hitting gravel and then having to turn is the worst.
I have done a trip around Europe on my bike, but can't do it again on it as it isn't very practical now with no rear mudguard and very noisy exhausts. I may venture back again when I get the KTM 790 Duke :-)
I am incredibly excited about the bike. I had hoped for a 2017 launch but think it will be early 2018 now else we'd be hearing more about it. I'm just about to buy a 390 Duke as a commuter bike and for fun when I can't ride the Moto Guzzi, not sure if I'll keep it once the 790 comes out or trade it in for it, will have to wait and see how funds are nearer the time.
Man... Thank you for sharing this gorgeous images and awesome views!! love it.. They should remove the car for the professional CodenameABK session not the other way around!! \m/ Ride in peace
Thanks, this region has some of the best views of Alps! Its a bit difficult to answer your question, where are you coming from? How long is the trip, I am assuming by car? :) Switzerland is more expensive than all the neighbouring countries by the way.
Swiss hotels (including B&Bs) usually starts from €50-60 per person per night but they also get booked pretty quickly leaving only expensive options. Camping is a great alternative as there are a ton of campsites everywhere. Even this video has a few of them.
That opel looks really crappy in this landscape :-). That dude knows it, especially when you ride your bike between him and the camera :-).Beautiful vid again.
Why will I take offense :) Yes Himalayas have much more variety in landscapes, they are spread over much larger area and also taller than Alps. Riding there is more an adventure, here it is cornering fun on twisties :)
No no, this narrow road is just for hikers and campers to park their vehicles and go ahead. The main Susten pass is perfect for speeds and cornering, which you will soon see :)

It is my pleasure man, really glad you liked it so much! :)
Ahhh, good old Switzerland. I wanna go back so much, it's amazing how picturesque the entire county is. Thanks for the maps... saved!

Watched it again on the TV.. Mindblowing!
Thank you Nish :D
Wow -- speechless ... !
I was holding my breath when you went over the gravel to pass that Insignia :D Incredible views, lets go there for STP 2018 :D
Thankfully it was not too loose gravel so was easy to manage :) And haha sure man, I am in for STP 2018 :)

Thanks a lot Duedain! :) I get what you are saying but at such slow speeds, its not really a problem.
spectacular!! s1000rr did a few feet of offroading there
Yes, I wanted to stand on the pegs and drift around but I thought I might scare others there :P
That is really beautiful, you are very lucky to experience it! :-) Thank you for sharing so we can too
Thanks a lot mate and it is my pleasure :) You just gotta get onto the Eurotunnel and ride a bit further to experience it yourself ;)

390 should be good for those purposes, it looks almost like the 1290 too :)
So beautiful.. Much better than Passo Gavia and Furka.. The bike stalling remembers me of Arabba Incident.. :-| Still scary..
Indeed, this had a great mix of greenery, rocks, mountains, lake/streams and snow :) The Arabba incident wasnt stalling, side stand issue right?

CodeNameABK like if I was coming from the closest city to these mountains how much would it cost for hotels on the way to the top of the mountain

Hehe, calm down saar :) I'm just sharing my experiences, if I keep it to myself, it is selfish isnt it :D
:-P:-P
Bad that the speed limit is so low! We would love to hear that Beemer rev more!

You have such a nice motorcycle and you can go to such beautiful places whenever you want. I'm jealous 😂
Kya bhai, you are closer to Alps and can rent any bike you want. I have to ride same bike :)
Beautiful. I made it to Grimsel Pass, but did not ride Susten Pass.
Grimsel is an amazing one but susten is just a wee bit better. Hope you get to ride here next time!
I will be sure to ride it next time!
Woah... Heaven
