I hear a 4 stroke in 250 heat 1. Who's on it and what bike is it? Or is it a track vehicle cruising around?

Considering the entry list, #1 suspect for that would be Jeff Dement as he was riding a KTM. Big-bike guy Joel Smets is also in that race BUT he was with Honda back then so I doubt it was a 4-stroke.
