Great repair again mate, good to see ur still showing the steps on how to test everything, tho could u not have tested the mosfets for shorts with ur meter rather than having to place the faulty one on board? i mean u got the other good ones there to compare tests with off board too but im sure being short u would find it just using ur diode mode hey?

Cause the board was still hot when testing for short the heat created a false short need to let board cool down before testing ❤

Hi, I'm a very recent viewer and I would like to know if you have any ideas to improve the PS5, like, some board mods or things like that.
I know I am late to the game here, but versus removing all the mosfets to find the shorted one, could you not just inject voltage and then short the coils to find the bad one??

PoS5s are so unreliable. Build quality is shocking, the number that are failing is scary. It’s as bad as the PS4 was, no wonder the PoS outsells Xbox, most of them end up in the trash.
