Oh to have even an ounce of the humility these guys exemplify. The world is so blessed to have the music and song Switchfoot produces. God's hand is upon their lives. I will pray for them often. They will impact so many lives.
Switchfoot is one the best discoveries of my life!
Switchfoot is my comfort band. I grew up listening to this band, I improve my drumming listening to Chad. I just love this band period.
I love that these guys are so mainstream but are so open about their faith and beliefs! I look forward to the January album release and to many more albums to come!
These to men are heroes! their songs led me to read my bible more and helped me through depression I probably would have killed myself without Christ putting their songs in my life.

Such a great message from these guys. As a Christian myself I admire how they are open with faith without being too specific or judgmental. They let their music be interpreted how people want to hear it and let it spread a good message to them whether they are devout or not. "We were meant to live for so more.." That is such a simple and powerful statement. We can all be better people and better neighbors and friends. I feel my beliefs are my beliefs, but I can't expect them to be THE one and only belief every adheres too. There are so many different religions that speak the same love and peace, and ethics and compassion but vary in how they do it. Why fight over petty small stuff when the end result in a kinder more peaceful planet for every one. I feel people should be free to believe what they want to believe as long it does not spread fear hate and violence. That how we all get along. Not with petty disagreements but the bigger picture, that we were meant to be opposite yet still basically the same and co-exist that way and respect each other. If I eat a foreign food or hear world music from another culture or religion, it is so fascinating and colorful and artistic and fun. And delicious! :P Different people make the world more diverse and special and if we all believed in the same narrow beliefs this planet would be stale and boring.

That's all well but it's important to accept Jesus Christ as your saviour in order to gain forgiveness for our sins,
