Actually in the first case with Christie Scott, the Jury disagreed with the death penalty but the judge still sentenced her to death.
I can't believe that jury!! So glad the judge made SURE she's going to pay with her life 😊
The judge has the last word
My grandson has sensory issues and I have to be very patient with him, the extra work I put into him is exhausting sometimes, but I have grown to love him so much, and get to enjoy the benefits of watching him meet his goals, I can not imagine how a mother has absolutely no feeling whatsoever for their child!!
I'm a nurse for special needs kids. They can Certainly be a challenge . However, they are amazing little people
My son Autism I have 2 take my time but his my little surprise this story the first one makes me sad
Christie was embarrassed by having a less than perfect child. There are some women who should never had children.
All children are a blessing ❤
Banijay Crime is my favorite channel. I like how Candice uses her words.
That first story, man. That poor poor baby, sweet little boy I wish I could give him a hug. And that last story is infuriating. Katrina 'couldn't be tamed'? Give me a break. Her mother never even really tried to discipline her.
Children cases are always the MOST tragic ones to deal with. There will never be a justification for harming a child
The first story really got me 😢😢 poor Mason, RIP beautiful boy. His mother is pure evil.
yes indeed.
I just want to know WHEN did this "change" come for Mason? Was it always there?! 😢😢. How can you hate a child?! 😢😢. RIP dear young boy. 🙏🕯️ You're getting much more ❤ where you are now 🌈🕊️
Christy is absolutely sick and demonic! This is the worst case I've ever seen. Kids put full trust in their moms to protect them. This lunatic betrayed that baby trust and plotted a painful death and watched him go up in flames. UNFATHOMABLE!!!!
It’s beyond heartbreaking. It’s pure evil.
Did she hate him because he was Autistic? I'm on the spectrum and that's just sad to hate him for something he can't control.
The first story is heartbreaking because I have autism and my mother loved me no matter what.
One of my sons is on the autism spectrum. Yes, for parents it maybe sometimes a bit harder as with a neurotypical child, but he grew up into an awesome young adult.
The story of Mason is so sad.
It was so cruel!.
Yes there is a spectrum in autism.... from not even noticing any signs to profound signs....
My cousin has Asperger Syndrome which I know now is not called that anymore but I use it bc that’s what he still calls it anyways I agree the whole time I kept picturing my cousin when he was a kid. I cannot understand how a parent could do this to a child let alone their own child.
I'm so happy you had that love!
Christie left her child to die in a fire. Om my gosh. That poor boy. I can only imagine his last moments: painful and scared.
Sneza's parents are something else. Their daughter commits massive fraud and debt and they save her from her consequences. They should have let her go to prison.
Hindsight…
They likely pitied her and didn’t know what she was capable of! What a heartless cold hearted evil woman!
But agreed, and she never should have been just let off the hook and certainly not have been given a reference from that workplace!
..And she continued to work at the same place??
No, her second crime was at a different job@@adelinamendoza9636
Parents were enablers yet again in the final story, boundaries & rules delivered cleverly & with explanations are needed from an early age. Though saying that some kids are born bad, & i believe we all know that even if it dismays us!!
@@adelinamendoza9636She got a job at a different place where she went on to steal $180,000.
As the mother of an autistic child (third degree), the first story touches me to my core.
You have got to be extra patient and more nurturing with them.❤❤🇰🇪
Parenting a special needs child is not easy but the child did not choose to be that way.
Seek help and support from family, friends and professionals.
Rest in peace Mason 😰😰 💔🙏🏾
Right I have it myself and what that woman did was pure evil
I also understand what you're saying i have a nephew with autism and sometimes it's difficult for my sister
❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
what Christine scott did to Mason was awful.
I was massively triggered. My son has mild autism and I can't help but think of the times I've been less patient with him.
I have 2 boys my first has the most difficult behaviour but I cannot imagine treating them different.
My heart cries out for mason
Hope she suffers of guilt while in jail😢
I'm happy that she's on death row. Her crime has been found out. I feel so heartbroken an shattered for Mason.Wish he could be saved❤
This is a sore spot for me. Having autism myself this hurts.
Poor baby.
The first case sent me into a rage. My son is autistic and He is just as precious and just as loved as my youngest child is. Autistic children have the most amazing minds.
And that should be nurtured and encouraged not torn down and made to feel as if they're less of a person. What watching crime shows do not bother me. I am not fazed by very many of them. But this almost had me in tears.
A shark biting a surfer's leg has more mercy and remorse than Christie.
The husband is gutless. The husband was aware of her behaviour towards this poor child. May you always rest in peace little angel.
He should have getting a divorce and taking both kids with him...
letting your kids alone with someone like Christie is a way to high risk..
I agree I'm sick of weak men
😭
I class him as evil!

Sneezas father didn't do her any favours by bailing her out, it helped make her do it again!!
Why is anyone allowed to take out a life insurance policy on a six year old anyway?
Just in case I guess. We were all insured as kids too, all 7 of us. But then again, it was just enough to cover funeral expenses.
@chrissywales6575 I guess I can see this. Of course, I posted before seeing the whole video. So I'd already posted before I found out she took the policy out on Mason just a day earlier. Talk about a huge red flag.
Because children unfortunately pass away too, but usually it's only to cover funeral and burial coverage. My son passed away at 7 and if not for the insurance his father had on him thru his job, I couldn't have afforded to bury my baby boy.
@@shaystewart2796 My deepest condolences to you.
I thought the same thing!!
Thank you mum for not naming me Sneza. 🤧🤧🤧
Her sister's name is Achooa
😂😂
@@da__lang😂😂😂
😂
😆@@da__lang
Naming her Sneza was the first crime.
😂😂😂😂
I don't know why but Mason's story just hit me so hard. To think a little boy with special needs had to suffer so much makes me burn with rage. To think there are so many parents who can't have kids who would have just loved to have raised that sweet boy.
😅😅😅😅..."Sneezer"??
Bless you!
For anyone who can't bear to watch child abuse matters (and this was one of the worst) skip to @14.22.
Thank you for this
Poor little Mason, so teary
Truly Lord will have vengeance
Some parents are just pathetic and irresponsible, unable to discipline their children.
Rest easy Mason😭😭😭😭 I hope you didn't suffer sonny 😇ure an angel now watch over your brother
If that was my daughter, she wouldn't have teeth in her mouth
You mean, that she would STILL HAVE a mouth?!😮😅. I appreciate the mercy that you showed in her still having one.
Christie is one of the biggest psycho's ever on this show. That poor child.😒
My heart sank for the poor child. My child immediately came to mind, and I felt sick. My heart felt heavy. How can a mother do such thing to her own child, the child she brought into this world crying 😢 😭 💔
christie loves noah but hates mason.
There is something very disturbing in the fact that she could love one child and not another. That is beyond psychopathy.
@@GuilmarCruz-j1cProbably cause Mason wasn't a "perfect" child
I was so hurt 😭 when I saw that story
Rest in Heaven precious baby boy
Seriously there are a lot of people who are "parents" and have no business whatsoever to bring any children into the world or their lives! 2024 and the constant abuse cases of kids, animals, elderly, mentally disabled, anyone or anything vulnerable in society continues to rise and with each case seemingly to get more sadistic and less than the meaning of love, compassion, respect and empathy! It's sad that it's always most vulnerable suffer and pay for the depravity with their lives and if not fatal the outcome will be traumatic that's most definitely unnecessary caused by the ones who shouldn't be next or near another human or animal for their entire existence! ⚒️
'In my former line of work we call that... a clue'
Oh Candace you crazy wonderful wordsmith! 😂
Don't you just love her
@Justaskme781 yes! She has to keep it fresh all these years but still manages to fine tune the delivery.
Slipping into addiction.???? She way already fully addicted.
For those who are wondering- Sneza is a mispronounced Slavic name “Snezha/Snezhana”
yes I thought that may be the case
Yeah me too, thought it was being mispronounced
Snežana (Cyrillic: Снежана), also transliterated Snezhana, is a Slavic, Circassian, and Lithuanian feminine given name, possibly derived from sneg ("snow") and žena ("woman"). It is popular in former Yugoslavia, Russia and Bulgaria. Other spellings include Snježana and Sniježana, found in Ijekavian-speaking areas (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina including Republika Srpska, Montenegro). Snežana was the fifth most popular name in North Macedonia in 2011. In the decade from 1960 to 1970 Snežana was the most popular name in Serbia.
From wiki, not mine
As someone who work with atypical developmental children, you have to be demonically wicked to hurt a child in such a way. With all the red flags mentioned why wasn’t the proper authorities intervene?
As a society we need to be more cognizant of individuals with developmental needs. We are their voices. Please look out for them. They need us.
I guess because vast majority of people aren’t capable of this, therefore they don’t often suspect their significant other to be either, regardless how heartless and cold they may be…
Wicked witch shouldn’t have had kids ever! She’s either a sociopath or psychopath, she likely didn’t even love her other kid but just liked what he provided her with- admiration/envy of others/ appearances etc
She was a LOONY monster and evil
Poor little boy. His mother is pure evil. Made me cry
How could any mother leave her child in a burning house, one sick woman!
Katrina’s sister Sabrina Bernstein looks at her sister as her martyr. She doesn’t realize if it wasn’t for her being a brat, none of this would’ve happened. She has no remorse for the part she played in that fatal night. Also, she didn’t seem to learn anything from what happened with her sister cause she’s living a fast life now. Katrina needed so much help. I saw her yearbook photo, she was very pretty but messed up.
I do wonder though. Suicide is... well lets say a healthy brain does not let itself be capable of it. However a depressed brain, and a brain lacking serotonin, does.
I know because I have what is called a chronic depression and they explained to me about it.
So the one with Katrina kinda bothers me. Her hurting someone with a knife apparently pushed her over the edge of suicide. Something more was going on.
And Sabrina, as you say now, going down the same path could be due to what she has seen, guilt for being part in the dead of someone and just .... wanna self destruct.
And I hear this often from kids from rich parents.... they get whatever they want... but do they get what they need is the question.
The last clip I think that Catrina killed herself because she knew that she was going to prison.
Not because she felt awful for what she did.
Exactly. She wouldn't let her parents tell her what to do, the justice system was no different.
Only SHE decides what happens to her, regardless of how others feel about it.
Sneeza😂😂😂😂
She has no chance after her parents gave her that name
Christie has no heart doesn't love anybody but herself
I detest people that abuse children 😢😢😢😢
A child psychologist told me once that he had came in contact with several parents that absolutely hate their children
Horrible people!
How can u give a reference to someone who stole a 100000 from u?
Parents shouldn't spoil kids so much give them what they want they should teach them limits at a very young age or else they will turn out like Katrina, at least the society is safe without her
After watching the first one I had to go and give my son a big kiss and tell him how much I love him.
42:26 this tragedy is 100% her mother’s fault. Not only did her refusal to be a parent cost her own daughter’s life. It cost another family their daughter too. And whatever trauma done to all of the kids at that party too. So many lives impacted or destroyed by one woman who decided to be a nanny instead of a parent
Candice...what a jewel of a woman
I hate people that pick on children!
Well presented and researched
What happened to Katrina’s cry baby sister
That's what I'm wondering
Should have some responsibility.
that is such a victimization pattern that most probably was passed by her armenian parents . İnstigate a fight break the rules and when you get your behind kicked switch to the victim mode.
I don’t understand how Christy could treat her oldest son badly for probably having autism.
My younger brother, who has Asperger’s Syndrome, was coddled and sheltered and protected while I was left to fend for myself. It got so bad that my teachers had to intervene.
So I don’t understand why someone would hate a child for being different
What a name lol sneeza
She has a brother named "cough -fa"

I have a friend named Snezana. She's Croatian I think. We call her Snez.
It's Snezana, means Snowy
Sneezas father shouldve let go to jail. I'd show my children everything has consequeces. Richard would be alive today if her parents wouldn't have helped
Sneeza???
Spot on!!
27:35
😅😅😅...GREAT parenting,for Katrina!
Seriously??????
She,d be out of the house in a second!
I ❤ Mason
Me too❤
The mother in the first story is where she is meant to be, truly horrific what she did to her small son.
Why is there no Podcast for this channel?! I would absolutely looove a podcast!
Candice has her own podcast
I love the actors and dramatisations! But I doooo love Candice’s voice toooo!! 🤓💐👏
That first case is just so disturbing . How do u do that to your child?
Poor Mason rest in peace 🙏
Christy: how about we try to have another child. Noah always wanted a sister. Husband: (should have said) how about NO!)
As a Mother you get your Babies out of the house!! What in the world was she thinking 🤔, how do you not love your own child - your first born, but love your second child? This is so confusing.. Of course she's a firebug - and she increases the life Insurance on the child 😮 12 hour's before the fire - ohh what a horrible death that poor child.. This is an absolute Monster!!
21:04 Slipping? She was already in deep in a gambling addiction. Now she's just worse.
poor mason. 😢
That’s why never let you kids party at home with out any adults supervision
We should trust our children, but keeping an eye on them is on the safer side
Poor Mason.
So sad these people killing innocent children
Poor Mason . That woman is pure evil .
I couldn't even watch the first case. Chikd abuse just tears my heart.
I go to a rehab day program and I was schizophrenia, anxiety and depression. Im glad I let my children live. Whether I had a normal or a disabled child none are really easy to raise and disability children just need more care. Don't take advantage of the vulnerable! That hurts 🤕 that's why I trust no one spending habits and compulsive buying is a disease in itself. Gambling is a SIN!!! Not worth the financial ruin. You can lose the shirt off your back! Never sign a life insurance policy on anyone!
Whyyyyyy would you turn blindeye to the way this evil woman treated poor child Whyyyyyy didn't anyone report this evil monster poor mason poor baby boy what a shame angry at the father whyyyyyy didnt people realise it was her starting 🔥
Where is cps when stuff happened at the school 😢
Overworked and under paid
Certainly true but teachers are mandated reporters. They should have called and got Mason away from his mother. There were enablers in this story. Maybe unintentional but enablers nonetheless.
That teacher needed to step in further. Witnessing anything like that was a 🚩 big red flag. What is she doing behind closed doors? 🫤 In the least, she could have asked the mum if they can organise help or counselling or respite to get to the bottom of it and poor boy would have gotten a rest from that EVIL 😈 VILE excuse for a mum!!
it's probably difficult, need more solid evidence before the law can step in, and most times the parent would be alerted and take the kid away before it goes further and by the time something big happens to them, it's too late.
@@Bigbangrocks100 Kids get taken from their family over less than that, I've worked with families like that. Also, parents aren't given advanced notice about when they will lose custody of a child. CPS can show up unannounced with a court order and take the child. They are required by law to investigate a report made by phone regardless of whatever evidence or lack thereof there might be. It's arguably a highly flawed system and people I know who work for CPS are beyond exhausted and overworked. I'm a therapist, I have it easier. 😟
This mom had a lot of issues that she took out on her son and his issues.
Parents should let their children learn their lessons not cover up for them of a child makes a mistake let them know that they should pay for it themselves not others don't let a child have an abortion when they're are pregnant let them take care of their babies not take the babies to an orphanage let them know there's no short cut to mistakes
She is evil
She had money, she had beauty, she had everything and she threw it away.........WHAT THE ACTUAL F ??? Apparently if you're pretty and rich, YOU'VE NAILED IT!. You can't go up from there ladies. 🙄🙄🙄
Christie doesn't sound like she wants to be a mother to a child with challenges. I'm sight challenged and have sensory processing disorder, and my American mom would never even dream of doing a thing like that! I wouldn't either, as I love children of all kinds and all colors!
No fault of the channel but I couldn't watch this... It's way too painful.
Poor Mason 😢😢😢😢😢
When she stole that 100,00 thousand she wasn’t punished but her parents were they had to refinance there home and then there daughter does it again unbelievable.
The father just made a rod for his own back, money really does talk, pathetic people.
Plus I wonder which company thinks it's okay to take money from the father so she can try and destroy a different company. Wow, fewer and fewer decent people left in the world.
KARMA is real.
The fact the last one shares the last name of the infamous "Feminist Frequency" con artist doesn't at all surprise me. She took the coward's way out though... no big surprise.
Just couldn't believe, at 17 years old, she takes 12 (75 mg.) prescription tablets, which are fatal enough. Her system had 43!!😮😮💔
Dance clubs shouldnt exist for 16 year olds. Ive been to them and can vouche that nothing appropriate for a near child happens there.
I feel bad for Mason Scott. Christy Scott, on the other hand, I don't feel bad for. She killed her son, who was on the Autism Spectrum. I'm glad my mom was never like that.
"Sneeza"? ... Parents must be idiots ;))
I know someone who named their kid
Abcde....pronounced "absidee" IDK, I can see the kid getting in a lot of trouble when spelling it to police or others.....
Atchoooo.
The second woman wasn't about greed but addiction.
Yes, a very SERIOUS gambling addiction. Did anyone make an attempt for seeking help on this?! 😮.
I love Candace!
Hope that sister lives with that guilt the rest of her life especially since she knew what her sister was like she should of been held responsible
Hearing the beginning of this brings me back to when I found this show years ago! Still gives me bad vibes. Love Candace DeLong, though!
I can’t believe how evil 😔 who can harm an innocent child! It takes a special type of evil
Every killer l hear is a religious person to the community ,was she one of those.
I love Lynnanne Zager's narration.
I like Banijay crime to watch esp. candace Delong and of course my fave behind mansion
That first story was awful.. that poor child!
December in Australia is summer. (Equivalent of June in the northern hemisphere.)
What do you mean favourite child. This is crazy
A parent like Christy often favors one child over another. They are called narcissistic.
Katrina could have gone into boxing putting all the rage into fighting for real money. But she ruined that by putting her rage into killing. It’s sad. She needed structure and therapy.
A real piece of work!! 🫤✍️💸
This woman is totally evil
