Hello @BobandBrad please help me, I have extreme pain while walking or just standing in my left hips(butt) and left leg, and my feet tingling Please help me what should I do
Night splint is the only thing that works for me when I get flare-ups of Plantar. But it takes at least 3 or 4 nights of wearing to be really effective - and sometimes a bit more.
@@swineinny1 I had plantar faciitis for over a year and on my feet all day. That was painful. I wore those boot things at night for over 6 months. I finally put myself first and went to PT. That worked. And my PT told me, what works best is to lose weight. It takes 4lbs of pressure off your knees and 6lbs of pressure off your hips. So I changed my eating for 3 months, lost 25 lbs and 2 sizes. I haven't gotten the faciitis back since even tho I put some of the weight back on.
WHITIN’s are the BEST! I have 4 pairs. Started with Xero shoes but they are way too expensive. I also use a half round wedge to stretch my arches and calves as well as toe spacers to stretch my toes. These three items have worked wonders for my foot pain.
@@janetshapiro5020I've purchased carbon fiber inserts from Amazon and that really keeps my toe pain in check. They are fantastic in my nice Merrell hiking boots too. Really helps protect my feet on the rocky terrain.
I love my xero shoes. I haven't tried any other brand yet, but wearing a barefoot tupe shoe has been the best change I ever made! I walk better, my feet don't hurt, and my bones are better aligned when walking. They straighten your body back to where it should be. 😊
@@manga4774 no, I don't. I have high arches and high instep. However, I also got an insert for my shoes to help correct my stance. It's the best one I've ever had. It's called FootLeveler. My PT had a machine that took a negative of my stance. Then created an insole for me to put in my shoes. I got it long after I'd been wearing Xero shoes. It made a big difference for me since the damage had been done long ago in the way I walk. I hope that helps. Oh, and it's Not plastic. I hated my old plastic inserts from other Dr's. Barefoot type shoes help your bones to go back to correct posture. It fixes it over time. It took a long time for us to mess it up. 🙃
Very informative video thank you very much unfortunately I have neuropathy in my feet make them feel like pins and needles and feel like they're in a shoe that's two sizes too small anything in regards to that do you think a muscle massaging gun would have any effect on the neuropathy
Yes! Our massage guns or our foot massager would help with that. Also, here are some videos that might help: www.youtube.com/@BobandBrad/search?query=neuropathy
This is a long shot but I have upper curvature of the back and pain I've gone to a chiropractor who doesn't seem to help much as he tells me to do stretches. I've thought about buying a brace but he's told me all it will do is weakin the muscles. I need help and knowledge will be helpful. Please

Hello @BobandBrad please help me, I have extreme pain while walking or just standing in my left hips(butt) and left leg, and my feet tingling Please help me what should I do
What if you have a bottom heel bone spur with a point on the end. You don't have all that pain until you have been walking awhile & you've been doing all the excerises etc. What to do? Going for second opinion soon.
Get it removed if you can. Bone spurs will start cutting your tendons and then you really have a mess. I’m not a medical person, just a granny with arthritis.
@@GrannyLinn yeah his dad had many of them removed. Its effecting his job. He can't work. I'm disabled fully. Barely making it but idk how long. But his health more important. He shouldn't be in pain.
Our mini massage gun is only $59.99 and comes with a 2 year warranty. All our massage guns are of top quality without the price tag of companies like Theragun. Our more powerful guns are more expensive than our minis, however they are still about half the cost of the Theragun and are just as good, if not better! In our opinion, of course.

Good to know that they worked for someone! I wore mine all night long, every night, for more than a month and had no reduction of morning pain at all.

You are very welcome, we are happy we can help!
That's great. I've done all that. Shoes hurt my feet. I have tried many different kinds. I have basically given up.
Use expensive shoe supports. Mine cost $22 from internet. Can't walk without them.
@@annshaffer3314 tried it.
I go barefoot until I have to leave my house.
@GrannyLinn I can't do that. If I step on anything the pain is excruciating. I used to go barefoot every where.
Sometimes flats are better for some people, sometimes cushion, etc. Unfortunately you have to find what's right for you.
I have so much going on with my right foot, stage 3 big toe arthritis plus sesomitis and neuropathy, It’s insane!
big toe arthritis is the worst. i’m trying a semi rigid sole insert
So sorry to hear that

And, no, insurance doesn't pay for inserts. We have to take care of ourselves. We're worth it!
