As someone who's not a brony, I can confirm that everything they say about watching the 1st episode and getting hooked is true. However, it is not as addicting as they make it out to be. It only managed hook me for like 10 episodes before I got bored and moved on to more mature things. It's certainly a good cartoon but not the best one out there and DEFINETLY not something to ruin your life over. I really hope these people will grow up someday.

I found Digimon to pull more heart strings than MLP: FiM ever did for me.

But the Internet has dedicated communities to pretty much everything, so stuff like this is considered "normal" to these people because they realize there are others out there that get a hard-on when they see these ponies too. And then they flourish and expand until we have brony meet ups and fucking Brony Con. I try to tell myself that I'm so lucky to not be like this.
