In this situation, I can definitely see why she needed a nose job. However, it looks beautiful and natural not the cookie cutter nose that most girls get I’m sure she’s very happy with the results.
I had a similar nose shape to her original and was often teased about it. I was very self conscious all my life until I finally had a rhinoplasty in my 60s! My nose now looks much like her post surgery results. It looks completely natural, and I am no longer teased or self conscious. I only wish I had the surgery years ago when I was young. Congratulations to this young woman. She looks amazing!

The kids in my school harassed me non stop. Not sure how they actually learned anything. Even teachers can be bullies. I remember 11th grade English class we had to read Cyrano out loud and the teacher laughed when the kids said I should read his part. 😔 I hope everything goes well

Fr her eyes are such a pretty color. They're very green. From the angle I can't tell if they're fully green or hazel but that green is definitely bright. My own eyes are hazel with more green than anything but my green isn't bright so people rarely even notice I have mostly green eyes unless they stare for a minute. They just assume I have brown eyes at first glance. But yeah, her eyes are absolutely stunning.

Im a guy and had rhinoplasty after college followed by autoplasty and thrilled with the results. All I can say is: Just Do It. Im now 86 and it made my life so much more enjoyable and Im still gorgeous.

I am usually vehemently opposed to most elective plastic surgery with exceptions. This was one of them. I am sure that young lady was a beautiful person already. You made her beautiful on the outside too. Very natural looking. Nicely done.
Actually I do not think it’s possible to go from her type of nose to a button nose. But I agree the end result matches her face and it is a wonderful result

@@tereseczimbal8099 You are welcome to ask any plastic surgeon - you cannot make a tiny button nose out of her nose - you need to work with the anatomy that’s there. She has a very prominent hanging columella and large nose to start out, especially the tip. You cannot just „take it all away“ as if you photoshop it. Yes the tip droops a bit with time but this after is 6 months in so it should be very close to the final end result not much would change anymore just some swelling might still remain. What it comes down to and what I wanted to point out is that rhinoplasty is not like wishing for your dream nose and selecting it from a catalog. One is limited by what’s already there to begin with.

Her surgeon was an absolute pro, her nose is distinctive and the procedure is undetectable to someone seeing her for the first time. She’s a very pretty girl, this was life-changing!

She was born pretty with a pretty face eyes and smile.. Unfortunately her old nose was too long and had a downward droopiness at the tip that was unattractive.. and took away from her other pretty facial features.. New that the surgeon slightly shortened and straightened the tip of her nose her entire face is pretty and attractive..
I got a rhinoplasty at age 17; I was highly insecure about my nose shape and size. A lot of people seemed to not notice the after result but I did. I wasn’t given a nose that didn’t look right on me, it was still my nose, it’s still somewhat larger than the “aesthetic” nose jobs out there. But it changed everything for me.
I got one at 21. It was very minor. They didn't break the bone, they only took the tip off of it. I had always wondered where my odd nose came from because everyone else in my family had perfect noses. Then quite recently I met a second cousin and there was my exact old nose!
I had a Roman nose that I didn’t like and said that I would be getting it fixed as soon as I was old enough. By the time I was “adult sized” I realized I had grown into it and liked it. That being said, I completely understand why someone would want to get a nose job and I support it!

It makes a huge difference. My stepdaughter had rhinoplasty. The plastic surgeon had no difficulty deciding how her nose should look when he saw my youngest daughter. The perfect fit.
Perfect, the surgeon did not over do it. Like so many where both surgeon and patient want a little girl pug nose. This nose will look good too as she matures into an older woman.

Maybe she didn’t want to look like everyone else. Maybe that’s her mother’s nose. There are so many reasons for not going too far with plastic surgery. It becomes a sickness for many people- it’s never good enough. Personally I think she made the perfect decision. Just enough to make her more happy, but not so much that she looks like someone else. It’s perfect.
I think there’s a risk associated with completely restructuring it, which is what might be required to make it even shorter. Think seems much more naturalistic. It’s still sizable but less beaky.
I don't think so, her nose is very proportionated with her chin, cheeks, forehead ... It fits her face this nose size, If she goes for a smaller nose I think she will ruin proportions and will look fake, this actual nose is perfect for her
I have a borderline big nose and I decided against surgery as my cheekbones balance it but in this case , think she looks so much better with it . I hope she has a beautiful life

It’s gorgeous. Perfect for her age. I have a friend who had a nose job at 18. It’s an adorable nose. At 57 she is still grateful to her parents - for other things too, but it was special that they understood and found her a great doctor. Happy for this girl here!!!!
I met a Lady at the gym last year...85 y/o same type of nose...cannot even image the type of cruelty inflicted on her in the old days...but she is still married; and still walks with head up and a big smile for anyone and everyone.
I have to say, this rhinoplasty kept her face intact and just scaled her nose down enough to look like she never had any work done! She was pretty before- but this is what she wanted and it worked out beautifully! She looks beautiful and must be pretty happy! Good for you, beauty! Great surgeon! I had a friend who's rhinoplasty did look so good, because the doctor went too far trying to make it look like someone else's nose and it was terribly obvious. Even if you never saw her before, you could tell it was an odd nose that did not belong.This young lady here - this is her nose only better! And it looks like it belongs right where it is, on HER face! And if you never saw her "before" pictures, you would never know she had the rhinoplasty.
This made a really positive impact. She already had beautiful eyes, skin, hair smile and now a more proportional nose …no more extras. Congratulations to the woman and to her surgeon. This is major surgery, with major risks nevertheless.
As a person born with a natural button nose with extremely narrow nasal tracks that required laser because of constant sinus infections I congratulate this lady for her success surgery. Please don't let someone talk you into another cosmetic procedure. Your nose should be balanced with the rest of your face. All the best.
Real question: Does going from a large nose to a smaller nose also give your a smaller gas exchange? You can always breathe through your mouth but for a lot of reasons that's not ideal. Especially at night.
I very much doubt it, so long as the surgery doesn't cause the nostrils to collapse. Some big noses can still have a collapsed opening or a diverted septum, and the surgeon can fix that.
This is awesome because the surgeon didn’t go overboard. She looks great! There are so many young patients who get carried away and they’re already starting to look like that lion lady. Look at all the celebrities!

Perfect, the surgeon did not over do it. Like so many where both surgeon and patient want a little girl pug nose. This nose will look good too as she matures into an older woman.

Maybe she didn’t want to look like everyone else. Maybe that’s her mother’s nose. There are so many reasons for not going too far with plastic surgery. It becomes a sickness for many people- it’s never good enough. Personally I think she made the perfect decision. Just enough to make her more happy, but not so much that she looks like someone else. It’s perfect.

К больным на голову надо относиться с пониманием, они же - "особенные", а к тем, чья внешность не вписывается в стандарты, надо обязательно пластическую хирургию применить.

I met a Lady at the gym last year...85 y/o same type of nose...cannot even image the type of cruelty inflicted on her in the old days...but she is still married; and still walks with head up and a big smile for anyone and everyone.
Well, nose and ears dont stop growing, so her nose might have been smaller when se was young.

I have to say, this rhinoplasty kept her face intact and just scaled her nose down enough to look like she never had any work done! She was pretty before- but this is what she wanted and it worked out beautifully! She looks beautiful and must be pretty happy! Good for you, beauty!

I had a friend who's rhinoplasty did look so good, because the doctor went too far trying to make it look like someone else's nose and it was terribly obvious. Even if you never saw her before, you could tell it was an odd nose that did not belong.This young lady here - this is her nose only better! And it looks like it belongs right where it is, on HER face! And if you never saw her "before" pictures, you would never know she had the rhinoplasty.

As a person born with a natural button nose with extremely narrow nasal tracks that required laser because of constant sinus infections I congratulate this lady for her success surgery. Real question: Does going from a large nose to a smaller nose also give your a smaller gas exchange? You can always breathe through your mouth but for a lot of reasons that's not ideal. Especially at night.
I don’t know about that, but my sense of scent is better than most people I know. I had my surgery done 25 years ago
they did leave her nose and nostrils still pretty big so I imagine she is still ok.
I very much doubt it, so long as the surgery doesn't cause the nostrils to collapse. Some big noses can still have a collapsed opening or a diverted septum, and the surgeon can fix that.
