Very useful, I basically learned the same words during my travel to Taiwan a few months back. Hotel itself was really nice too, when I stayed in both Taipei and Taichung, both had nice rooms and the outdoor pool was great, needed during the heatwave.

Thank you for the videos! Would love to see a video explaining how to find and rent a place to live. Is it ok to ask for a lower price or is the price you see the lowest they will go? Is it normal to give gifts to your landlord as a thank you, or would that be considered odd? What are basic questions you would ask before agreeing to rent a new place? Etc 😊

What are you saying at 0:38? It sounds like wu3 le4. I would have expected 五一二, but I hear an "L" sound so I'm not sure 😕
It’s because in Taiwan people often pronounce er as e. You will often hear è lóu instead of èr lóu, although later in this video she clearly pronounces it èr lóu.
