I’ve never watched Joe before, but within 5 seconds I instantly saw the it factor in him…. Absolutely insane, something about his body language, tone of voice, confidence, and the way he is dressed just radiates this overall aura of something special you are witnessing which can truly only be described as the it factor, basically seeing a star someone who was meant to be famous

This was such a solid podcast! Truly felt like a conversation between two friends sitting down for a discussion about a lifestyle we all love. Absolutely such a crucial point; back when I started working out, I would look at all these physiques, and even though I knew these guys were probably “not natural,” it just made me motivated. I still believed I could achieve a similar physique; it just inspired me to push even harder. Nowadays, this seems to have the opposite effect on youth, and they would rather believe they won’t achieve that type of physique, or they start with Sarms or hormones without even learning how to people exercise, diet, train, and recover. Such a solid podcast had me nodding my head in agreement so much here.

I see parts of myself in joe and it was always so inspiring seeing his success from nothing and what he enjoyed. Hearing him talk about how he's always done everything he can in life, living to the max from biking and up until his last days has really given me an new level of inspiration to live how joe lived (without sacrificing my health) and to focus even more intensely on what I'm doing and want I want to do. I watched his snapchat stories for years so I felt like I knew him and would have gotten along with him. He would post many stories almost daily. These were very influential to me in my younger years. I also strive to be as positive as him. I was hoping to go to live in thailand and to do the same thing as joe eventually running into him and others like him. I've been there before and have friends there. I don't really want to as much now, I just don't have that same drive to live there but maybe I'll still try it. That goes to show how good of person joe was and how inspiring he is. I hope I get to meet Joe again one day. I never got to.
One thing that I love about Joe, is him being completely transparent about his use of steroids. He even tells how much and what.

250 a week is Not "trt" like you say so I'd expect his blood to be quite thick. I know he took a ton of omega 3s like 20 pills a day so it probably was thick etc

I actually really liked this style of podcast rather it was intentional or not it just seemed like two gym bro talking about their life and why they do what they do and it’s as if we are just sitting there right next to them being able to listen and take what we want from the Convo, kind of exactly what I was hoping for when clicking this video and trying to hold on to Joe’s energy and what he left behind for us, this video embodies that perfectly and let’s you see the type of friendships and conversations these guys have and what pushes them and makes them whole. If he didn’t mean to do that then I definitely think he needs things to work on.
