@zeiglermonster I’ve been doing 250migs Monday Wednesday Friday so 750 a week brother. Just did some bloodwork to make sure my source is legit. I’m thinking maybe 1500-2000 for my test levels what are u thinking bud? Let’s see if the king responds ;)
dude good point about the guys who are 30-40 years old and dropping dead from steroids but you never hear about these guys because they live in such a small bubble
I've said this on a Ziegler video a while ago, but I've always felt that he's a great example of someone training well, dieting well, being consistent for years, decades even, plus PEDs with decent genetics. i think a lot of guys see these top level genetic super elite and think that they'll look like that if they take drugs, but i'd much rather them see ziegler and think 'if i do everything right for a long time AND add in some PEDs i might look like this guy'. i'm really glad he's popping off now more than ever, it's well deserved. love the legos too.

i did the same thing with nolvadex where i was taking 0.2 or 0.3 but every day after injection (was taking test cyp only) so that was twice a week and never got gyno after i noticed my nipples start getting itchy, lucked out ;D
On the topic of heart tests: Not just CAC score but also CMR with Contrast, Echocardiogram, and EKG would be good places to start especially if on gear
