Right now since it's sooo hot and humid here, my coffee of choice is the Nespresso tropical coconut over ice with a splash of almond or oat milk. Sounds weird but you just have to try it if you're into the Nespresso machines.

How long does it take for running to get easier? I went from 0 running to twice a week in January. Starting 5 weeks ago, I increased to two slow runs and one speed run each week. I am so frustrated that to stay in zone 2, I have go at the speed of a lethargic snail. When does it get better?
I’ve been at this for three years and I just got to consistent zone 2 running at a decent pace. Takes a lot of patience. You can do it 💪🏾

I'm training in a hybrid style, albeit I am much more amateur and I will be doing Ebc too this october 😂. Why are you training for Everesr base camp, I know it's very easy and that being too fit could go against you

Hello! I just want to ask, how do you get lower HR during runs?
It’s odd cuz I do easy runs which feel easy. But when I check my HR on my watch (external monitor), it reaches 170-180 😆🤪
