At my old job, people spent 1000 dollars on one singular tire, 500 bucks on each rim, and shit load of money on oil they didn't need. For people harping on how much of a waste the i9 is, I've seen waste like you never seen before.
For those wondering why the i9 sometimes does more poorly than the i7, it’s largely because the i9 and i7 are both 8-core processors and a lot of games do not optimize code for multithreaded performance.
he could turn it off in fortnite
The only game that does this is cod warzone
@@priyasinghal1324 not true
I don't see no difference, but my wallet does.
there’s almost no visual difference, but there’s no delay, and there is wallet difference like you said
True
you do not see no difference = you see some differences. Two negatives give a positive. Where the hell did you learn your english mate...
@@canberrano1widowmaker Looks like the joke flew over your head, and you were too blind to see it. Sorry, it happens, just think twice next time.
@Monochromatik-Vision You can Game in 8K with an i3 8100. You just need an RTX 3090.
My i9 9900 KF is a sweet spot
The i9 9900k is better not just because of the frame rates. Look at the load, the 1% lows and yes even the power consumption. I personally would buy the simple i9 9900 even now in 2021 because if your gpu has an issue you can always fall back to the integrated graphics for normal websurfing until you get a new one.
Man that cod sound like a fking horror movie
I am also now thinking whether it is worth switching from i5-9400f to i7-9700k with an exchange and a surcharge of $131.
How times change, going from an 8700 to a 9700kf with an exchange of 50$
I switched from i9 400f to i7 9700, no big difference in fps, only 10- 15 % less cpu usage but hotter temp, but I play in 1440p.
@@sukmikehok1384 Have you purchased an i7 9700 in 2023? If I were you, I'd upgrade to gen 12 or 13 instead.
@@Percius_Mercius I did and it appears to be faulty so Im returning it.
Did you use actual different CPUs or just underclocking
Also like come on man, just use the ultra settings. It's so unrealistic to compare CPUs on a game like rdr2 with medium settings
Won't playing in ultra be using more of the gpu then the cpu?
Nice benchmark, but no one will buy a K processor and play in stock, We wanna see in 5ghz
yeah maybe it's same but look at the stress on CPUs
yeah If you want to stream your gameplay or record it, its gonna be a problem with the i5s and even i7s running at 70 to 100% power during all that "action"
Hello nice comparison, idk why the clock of the i5 9600kf its in 4250 mhz, why dont u boost it with turbo technology or OC to get more mhz? i want to know because i have that cpu with a 1660super and im not very satisfied with the gpu... i have the cpu in turbo to 4.6ghz and thinking to upgrade the gpu to a 2070s or a 2080s idk, why do u think
It's probably to have a standard and to make the test fair as you cant overclock the 9400 and it would misrepresent the results, also that not everybody buying a 9600kf or higher would have a z series motherboard and therefore wouldnt be able to overclock which would make it seem like their cpu is underperforming
@ItBeRyan You are wrong, brother.
- For K, your explanation is right, but for F, your explanation is wrong. 'F' does not mean that there is no integrated graphics in the CPU. Actually, 'F' CPUs do have EXACTLY the same integrated graphics modules inside the CPUs as those in their non-F CPU counterparts.
- The reason why you cannot enable the integrated graphics modules inside the 'F' CPUs to be usable is because Intel shielded or electronically blocked them. However, they do physically exist in the 'F' CPUs. The only difference between F and non-F is just whether Intel has programmably blocked the integrated graphics modules or not.
The i5-9400 looked best to me.
It looks like the clocks on 9600KF, 9700KF and 9900KF were configured different on purpose to get a difference. I saw tests on other channels that showed results almost identical to each other when locked to the same clocks. Why 4295/4600/4700 if all of them could reach the same clocks?
The diffenrecen is probaly because of the all core turbo boost, if i remember correctly the all core of the 9600k is 4.3ghz
@@-aXnMaN- there's no reason for comparing stock clocks for unlocked CPUs. Maybe it's because the 9400F is on the list, but as some people buy unlocked processors to use at the stock speeds, almost every gamer that checks comparisons will use any of those at 4.8~5GHz, and the biggest differences will be seen at the lows FPS, not on the average.
Congratulations for 3000 subs and again kepp it up you make the best hardware tests on yt
It looks same vedio but written different
do i need to upgrade my i5 9500f to i9 9900kf?
Yes
i currently have a i7 9700kf but id say that for anyone watching this video, just go with one of the i5's because there is a huge price increase for not that much preformance, maybe like 10-20 fps at most and im thinking of buying the i5 9400f in the future for another build. price to preformance is insane on the i5's
true true
I bought a 3070, and with the i5 9600 K it has a lot of bottleneck. With the 2 extra cores of the i7 9700K, I think the problem will be resolved. Playing on lower resolutions, like 1080p for 165fps, the i7 makes a huge difference.
@@lostandlast2829 well if you’re buying a i5 9th gen you’re most likely not going to play anymore than 1080p but yea, with a 3070, it would make a huge difference because the 3070 is meant for newer cpus. But the gpu is usually going to bottleneck the cpu anyways because it does a lot more than the cpu in the first place. If you don’t want the gpu to bottleneck the cpu you’d need a lot newer than even a i9 9900k sometimes
5-9400 Is so realistic. Idk why but it is really realistic
The i7 9700KF is almost better than the i9
Actually no, but in very few Games it has more FPS that don't utilise all 16 Threads. But the lack of Hyperthreading will come down later in the street to disappoint you.
So I have an i9 9900k and an i7 9700f with an Asus Tuff 3070. I see that there performance with a dedicated GPU is only like 2 to 3 frames per second difference. So, do I utilize the i9 9900k for the few extra fps with a 30watt higher usage, or stick with my i7 9700f and get a few frames less while only uses 65watts of power? I think I'll go with the i7 9700f... It runs a lot cooler and I highly doubt that 2 to 3 extra frames per second is worth the additional 30 watts that the i9 9900k with is 95watts of energy consumption.
my stock speed 9700k hit 230w-250w after few minutes, when tested with lynx 0.9.7... what 65w ?!?
@@ndobrev i'm inclined to think that he is confusing base rated tdp with actual power usage.
With a 3060 and I-9700kf I get only 60 fps on high settings is it smth I am doing wrong
All games?
Тесты процессоров с упором в видеокарту... блястяще!
i5 9600K is similar i7 9700K , and i see a i5 9600 K at 185€ vs 370 for i7 (i have i5 9600K , i do not change for i7)
I bought a 3070, and with the i5 9600 K it has a lot of bottleneck. With the 2 extra cores of the i7 9700K, I think the problem will be resolved.
Why is Fortnite the same video on all the cpus
Is the KF better than the plain K?
NO, F means that CPU doesn't have integrated graphics while K means that it's overclockable, basically if you don't overclock or have a GPU you don't even need a K or F CPU.
@@yiannis777-l9c i wish I knew more about overclocking
@@reedified6514 I do, but trust me it ain't worth your time or money, it doesn't boost performance drastically, it's kinda useless really.
@@yiannis777-l9c for the pc I am going to build I was looking at the 9700k. What would you recommend instead?
@@reedified6514 Don't get that, i would definitely reccomend i7 9700F, it will perform just as good as the 9700K but it costs 90$ less (at least in my country).
what is the first song pls
intel core i7 9700kf was really fast in nfs heat
What is the program used to monitor the hardware?
he used MSI afterburner and Riva Tuner Statistics Server
@@samuelsam6513 is that how he’s running the same game at the same time on 4 “systems” I don’t follow how he would do that, especially on fortnite it looked like it was the same online game? is it worth 9400f upgrade to 9700k
yes
Did you end up upgrading the processor? It's just that I'm also thinking now whether it's worth switching from an i5-9400f to an i7-9700k with an exchange and a surcharge of $131.

Nice
Why i5 9600kf is more powerful than others 😳
FPS is more than 60 in all games. Poor graphic card which makes processor 30% - 75% idle. So the comparance is awfull. Please use the more powerfull graphic card and settings.
THANK YOU IM GOING TO BUY THE I7 9700 KF
im curious why you chose the i7 over i9 considering the huge difference in cpu usage

Там же написано, что это GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

Who cares about frames per seconds??? I see the same thing an all screens.100 fps, 10.000 fps, who cares.
People who are putting their hard earned money for it that's who.
