My mortgage is only 900.00 a month for a 3 bed, 2 bath brick home with separate dining room from living room and have little over an acre combined front, back and side yards!! Absolutely NO way would I pay any of the prices he has shown on any of his videos for those apartments!! Ridiculous. It does however make me wish I owned a couple buildings up there cause I'd be rollin in the 💰🤑

The first apartment is pricey, but it gives you a lot of square footage. The second one is cheaper, newer, and has laundry machines (and a drawer dishwasher you can't open), but it's not as large. The third one is spacious, but with an inconvenient bathroom and apparently cheap kitchen cabinets. And it's really expensive.
Have you noticed that Cash cannot flip a switch or press a button just once? On-off-on-off-on-off, and push-push-push-push. I think that behavior is called perseveration and it's difficult to change. Turn him loose in a room filled with buttons and switches and he'll frantically flip and press until he's exhausted.

The view of the Steinway Tower. Cute bathroom. I liked the entire place even though there were a few brick walls for ones viewing pleasure. lol 2nd. place: I love the fireplace mantel. I also like the wall sconces. I like the 2nd. place better than third because the third is darker. It's nice too but I like the cheerfulness of the first two apartments best. Cash could be a 🐱 cat burglar by night the way he leaps out of windows with a single bound (or Superman maybe even Spider-Man) lol and moves with such speed down fire escapes and stairs with the greatest of ease. lol 🧚‍♀

I was beginning to lose faith that we'd see anything. 4 empty units all in the same building (with 3 unable to be shown) is definitely unusual. Makes you wonder why so many empty at the same time. At least everything was in elevator buildings & Charles did come thru. I actually liked the old school apartment. Definitely has charm compared to the boxes of 2day. In the 2nd we saw you couldn't even open the dishwasher fully. Gotta be difficult to load & unload dishes & pots from it. The last place we've definitely been in that building b4. I recognize the old school manual elevator. But omg Cash broke the drawer face in the kitchen & Charles didn't catch it. That was definitely an oops moment & Cash kept rolling with it! Too bad we didn't get to hear the conversation after that!!! Price wise in that neighborhood is on par with other places & room sizes weren't bad.

All are of course expensive. #1 is OK, I think that here is laundry in the basement. #2 is possibly the best even if it is the smallest and has dishwasher that you can't open. #3 has a bad layout, no laundry mentioned and is the most expensive. For that price I'd expect laundry! The C&C road show is always the best. Thanks guys.

Sometimes the fridge door opens but not far enough to let you take the shelves/ bins out. If you have a spill that goes down under the bins....you are not able to clean it! The yellow in the thumbnail made me click on this video!
Glad there's captions on Charles, cuz I can't understand him w/o a mic in some of those clips 😅 ...I think Cash uses omnidirectional?
In my city, we don't have so many attached buildings. There's at least a tiny gap, if not a gangway. So, it's common to have nothing but bricks outside your window. I think it's charming.
The first apartment seems like the right price. Lotta crime in midtown, but the skyscraper views are sick! Crazy they got all those skinny pencil skyscrapers there. Do they not have large enough city blocks in NYC to build something fatter? Makes for a crazy new skyline. First building seems like maybe not the best landlord though.
I think I've seen the some of the buildingd in these vids before. I'm watching enough, that I'm recognizing things (either that or they all copy each other and look alike...or same greedy developer, wuahaha). 😅 Love that old cross pane window that Cash was like woah to.

Im tired of landlords painting places super white. At LEAST paint it beige or grey or something. It's harder to keep super white walls clean

Easy fix. Get a step stool. For the above closet storage. That's for things you don't touch often.

At $3900 that's a depressing dump. If it was $1200 it would be tolerable... Second place I better but still over priced... Last place is great but over the moon with the $4900.. Never gonna live there.
