$1K for that? Yeah it has an elevator & in-unit laundry but we've seen way better for even less $$$. Whoever rents it for that amount has definitely lost their minds. Despite the price...I feel like We all could use a Super Mark in Our building. He is amazing. Like Q time capsule of sorts. He is a great Historic neighborhood guide.

The bathtub in the second bathroom at 06:35 should have been a shower stall instead. Can you imagine how annoying it would be to scrub that tub to keep it clean with the only open face being the narrow end?
I also feel bad for the plumber who had to install it and hook up the pipes. I hope that the three walls were all just broken down to the studs at that point, so there was a tiny bit more elbow room. And the poor construction worker, who then had to put in waterproof drywall, tape all the seams, etc. etc. And last but not least, the person who had to put up the tile around the walls. glad to see i wasn't the only one having an issue with the price lol. even with 4 people the location for $2500 each is a lot. too risky to lose a roommate and get stuck with that price.
LOVE the tub in its little alcove. Love a window over the kitchen sink for light and a view while doing dishes. HATE the rent. I also pretty much hate my current living space, but can’t beat the price. Apparently.
I usually don't comment on prices because I know New York costs a lot but $10,000 a month? That's crazy. I could never afford that I don't know how anybody can afford that.If I could I would go live in a house. I'm from New Jersey and I know my really nice apartment back in 2014 was $1,400. I'm in Ohio now for 8-years and my 2 apartment is $650 a month.
I don't understand why the bathrooms are the size of a matchbox. They had all that space and the bathroom is 5 x 4. Not worth $10K at all. Just because stuff is new doesn't mean it's better. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are cheap as hell.
The heat pole in the kitchen cabinet.. aren't you going to have to be careful about what you are storing in there? Plus heating a cabinet seems counter productive.. maybe I'm nit pickings that aspect.. but I'd have left the cabinet as open shelving.

The super seems to be a character and I like him. The location is good if you're young. But that tub in the one bathroom would be like an MRI tube with a high ceiling. And, though they will get it, that rental price is out of pocket!
