    thoughts on regular cross counter vs between the legs counter?

    • @princeballers112
      @princeballers112 8 місяців тому

      it depends on the situation, i guess a regular cross is more faster and unpredictable if used correctly but more riskier but a btl requires more setup, and a bit more slower when trying to explode off the foot. but is still very useful because its more harder to steal from

    • @watchandlearnhoops
      @watchandlearnhoops  8 місяців тому

      I agree it depends on the situation. I personally like between the legs and behind the back counters more just because of the extra ball protection but the crossover is just as effective when used correctly

    This shoulder height tip is garbage. If that was the case, then everyone would blow by Wemby. The fact is that he gets that explosive first step and has the length and body control to finish. Being low is helpful to protect the ball from being poked out and allows for quicker and wider steps but it takes more than how low his shoulder line is to execute the blow by.

    • @watchandlearnhoops
      @watchandlearnhoops  8 місяців тому +4

      its extremely hard to blow by someone while standing straight up. Is getting low the ONLY thing you need to do to get past someone? No. But Is it important? Absolutely. You said yourself Being low is helpful to protect the ball from being poked out and allows for quicker and wider steps
