Where is Nijisanji's Kotoka Torahime? (5 Months Without Stream)

It has been almost half a year without a stream from Kotoka Torahime of NIJISANJI EN. The girl has been on a mental health break though she is still doing obligations for the company. Here are my thoughts on her and what to expect going forward.

Either banned or is planning to quit the company and is doing a 6 months to 1year inactivity to bypass the gagging contract since the contract starts running even you haven't signed it as long as you started going AWOL.
No one would bypass the contract easily if it only runs after it was given to you.

Also, that NBA collab isn't official. It's Niji's collab with Rakuten, who hold the rights for the merchandisation of NBA.
