I like Howard. "Just scream 'Howard!' I'll be at your service." "Say 'Howard, where the hell are you?" LOL! He has some good, friendly, customer service skills. It's not just "Hi, how are you?" it's also finding things to say and do that disarm the atmosphere around the person you're helping, to make them feel relaxed, and he's got it down. :) I am totally using this approach with my customers. It's perfect for the restaurant I work at. :D

I think its commendable because it makes people realize what they are actually doing from eating duck. They see the living thing for real so it removes the disconnect of the meat version.

Great ChinaTown! As a Chinese vegetarian, I love Wrinkle the pretty girl so much! And I like to eat grapes, bananas, and cucumbers too, and also bubble tea. But I don't like any seafood, although I know ducks eat fish sometimes.😅
