Completely spot on with your thoughts about FFS. We need more fishermen/outdoorsman. Numbers dwindle every year and we need the support. FFS shortens the learning curve for newbies.
Well whatever frustration the trip in the last video brought with the wind you got even on this one and then some … what a great day of fishing! Always looking forward to the next one …
I remember about 25 years ago throwing a chunk of crawler along the foot of the tower drive bridge and catching a 30+ in walter! Something ill never forget 🍻
Thank you. This was a great video, I enjoy your channel. If I may ask, what was your location on Green Bay in which you had the rock to sand transition that you talked about in this video?
The reels are Okuma Cold water size 15. Scatter raps you can find at fleet farm, cabelas, scheels, or any other sporting goods store. Sometimes it’s just easier to order them online this time of year.
I’ve had both but this boat has a bunk trailer. I prefer the bunk trailer. Bunk trailers are much easier to load and unload by yourself. About the only advantage roller trailers have is that there a little easier for shallow water launches
@@justafarmer6473 No problem, guys that use them seem to like them. Probably just takes a little bit of practice to hit it right every time so it latches
We were trolling with the wind and with the cold water we needed to keep the baits going slower so there was no need for the kicker. Just used the bow mount
@@CNCoutdoors No doubt. The green UV Tiger has been lights out at night for me so far this year. Haven’t had a chance to run out on the bay yet. Hopefully Monday. I Couldn’t find any of them anywhere a couple weeks ago. I did an in store pickup at Fleet and had to go to the yard to pick them up. Pretty funny when the dude walked out with two of them from the loading docks like he was guarding some top secret bait. 😂
@@geminiridgeoutdoors5354 😂 that’s hilarious. All the stores are probably so far behind getting baits with this crazy warm weather. The bay bite should be red hot the next couple of weeks but we need rain bad!

That’s awesome! Walleyes definitely like to stack up behind those bridge pillars and get out of the current, good ambush spot. 🍻
Wow, awesome afternoon of fishing for you and Kevin! Congrats on the quality eyes!
Thanks!! 🎣
Love love love deep scatter raps!!!
They work!!
Them big girls are getting ready to roll up the river. You guys had a hell of an evening!
Yes we did!! A lot if the walleyes might spawn in the bay this year if we didn’t get any damn rain
There will be plenty spawning outside of the river mouths.
@@outdoorrn2980 definitely 💯
Now that was fun!! I hope to fish Green Bay sometime. Spend most of my time on Lake Erie.
Lake Erie is still on my bucket list 😂 I’ll get over there one of these years!
@@CNCoutdoors Have you ever tried meclizine for seasickness? Doesn't make you feel quite as sleepy as dramamine. Works for me.
@@Moondog9322 I’ve never been seasick in my life so I’ve never had to take anything.
@@CNCoutdoors OOps...maybe someone said something about that on one of your other videos? lol Sorry about that.
@@Moondog9322 all good 😂
this year has been so weird but the fish are still moving ! cool vid man
Very strange year for sure. We had 40 degree water temp when it should be ice right now. Thanks for watching! 🎣

Good job! 🎣
'hot steel' Rapala's kicked ass in Canada, I ended up the trip with the ass end of the bait blown out from getting crushed so many times..
Walleyes definitely love the hot steel! Sounds like you had a fun trip 🎣
Awesome!
Awesome! What are you using for reel size and line?
Okuma coldwater size 15 for the reels and i use 12lb Berkley Trilene big game for the line.
@@CNCoutdoors Thanks!
What was water temp on the bay?
40
What boat do you fish out of?
Alumacraft Competitor 185

Do you have a bunk or roller trailer and what do you prefer?
