First I have to say that I stumbled onto your post and definitely enjoyed watching. I do have one suggesting when cleaning fish, have your see or thought about not cutting the slab off and stopping just as you get to the tail. Then you can flip it over and remove the flesh from the skin but this way you have a better grip from holding onto the fish carcass. It sounds complicated but it really is not and once you get the hang of it, you'll love how much faster you can fillet. That's my two cents. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Tip
When skinning walleyes leave it attached to the body so you have something to hold onto and skin
Another thing would help cut the gills before you leave (hard if you don't have a stringer)
Also you can cut the pin bones out with two small slits on side of the blood line. I usually keep the top half of filet for baking and the bottom half of the filet for frying or giving to family 😂
Heard you say 1st ever walleye catch on the saucy swimmer and I had to laugh! Here in East Central mn we slam eyes on swim baits of all kinds all the time! Saucy swimmers works great!

Surprisingly this winter I caught a walleye on a pearl white 1/8 oz jig with the tail of a slim shake. Nice vid! I enjoy all the fishing. Just wish I could get out. Also I would like to see some more walleye fishing.
