    I like the 23 point day ideas. I'm on ww and have been for 2 years. I lost 70 pounds but gained back 20. I'm really considering getting a rebounder to use on days I can't get to the gym. Thanks for showing real mom life too! I have 3 boys (22,12& 9) and they keep me busy! I appreciate your content and I will continue to follow!

    I’ve only done 23 pts a day. Recently quit WW, after 5 yrs, as I’m frustrated. Now wondering if there were other options for me.

      Hi there! The program gives you the points based on the algorithm calculations... but I've been there. Sometime a break and mixing it up helps us find a new path!

    Do you track your specific recipe for sourdough bread or just a generic listing for sourdough bread?

    I love making my own sourdough bread too, but I never know how many points. How do you track it? Also, yours looks very yummy.

    23 points daily is the lowest for Ww. I have 28 points for the week to use.

    How do you have 46 points? Are you still breastfeeding? That seems like soooo much.

      not still breastfeeding, but I do have about 100 lbs yet to lose for my goal. So you usually start higher and as you lose (have less weight to lose) your points come down.
