There are two kinds of MS. Some uchiha have one eye for genjutsu and stuff and one eye for physical stuff like susanoo or amaterasu. Some uchihas have one eye for each kind and others like shisui have only one kind. My evidence is that both of shisui‘s eyes could use the kotoamazukami and itachi had to use one eye to use tsukuyomi and the other eye for amaterasu. So shisui doesn‘t have a susanoo because both his eyes can only use genjutsu.
1. Shisui's Susano'o appeared in the show, in one scene, and has the same weapons it had from the game and the ability to use chakra senbon needles. 2. Shisui is not still alive, if he had been, he would have came back by now and most likely immediately after finding out Danzō was dead.
