so when u start the engine, this will alert you automatically if one of the tires is low? will the alert be on the phone too even without launching the app? Would be nice if the app can run in the background and alert you, as long as u are within the distance and the receiver is powered on.
So far ok! Still working. Once you install you will play with it for a week then forget it. It’s something you don’t realise you need until you desperately need it. I’m glad I have the assurance that I can at any time monitor my tyre pressure. Especially now that we can travel inter-state again!
Thanks for the video. Let's say you use google maps on your phone currently and Fobo app runs in background, what will happen if tire pressure dropped - will it show some alarm screen on top of Google maps?
Hey! Sorry I didn't get a notification for this comment. Yes there will be a notification. However, I usually don't run the app in the background, once I check my tire status I close (and exit) the app. IF there is any problem with the tire pressure. The 'dongle' connected to the USB port will give out a light warning tone. From there you can get in the app to check further.
@@AriffSuffian Wow thanks for the quick reply! Appreciate it. Looking to get this for my tow truck... Would the batteries for the sensors be simple to replace. And if so what batteries are they. Thanks again Bro
There’s always a price to pay for convenience. Sure you can get an even cheaper product that is exactly the same in AliExpress, you just don’t know if it’ll work or it may be paired with a non English app. If you’re lucky enough, your car might have it as a built in feature!

How long do the AA batteries last on the hub receiver?
I love it 😀
It’s great! Thanks for watching.
Hi there. Any updated thoughts after 3 months of using this? Interested in getting one.

I will buy this product when support android auto so I can check tire pressure on car screen
Great!
What happens when the batteries die on the sensors?
It’s user replaceable :)

Yeah it’s like those thick small circular batteries. I can’t recall the model, haven’t had to replace it yet!
From how far away can you view the tire pressure on your phone?
It’s limited to the Bluetooth range, but most importantly, the Receiver needs to be on!
@@AriffSuffian I looked it up. It seems up to 800ft or so outdoors and 40m indoors range.
Far enough! Although I’ve only checked when I’m in the car :) Like I said, it needs to be powered on too.
This is unbelievably expensive for what it does, just way too overpriced
